Wow.... Passing through and regret stopping here. It's maybe 40 degrees with a wind chill outside and you walk in the building... and the temperature is literally about the same. It's an ice box in there and I can't believe you have your employee's subjectedto that. You could clearly tell they were all cold and that would definitely explain why no customers were in the building.People were sitting outside in their cars eating because it was warmer. Everyone working who had coats, had them on, even aroundthe food. As far as the service goes, the guy talking out order was very nice. This was probably one of the slowest McDonald'swe've ever been to, especially for having no customers in the building and maybe a couple outside. Food: definitely could useimprovement. Looked like someone sat on all of our sandwiches... They literally looked like pancakes and very sloppily puttogether. Definitely won't be back and I really hope someone takes care of that heating situation or reports it because that'snot right. Read more
Brutal! A Saturday morning and the place was jammed with people. Must of been understaffed . Decided to leave,but stopped in... the restroom. Smelled awful and one of the toilets were plugged up. Paper towel laying all over the floor. Felt like throwingup it was so bad! Yuk!???? Read more
Store was supposed to open at 5am,opened at 5:42am! Placed a mobil order and couldn't get in the building!! Tried calling them... twice and they finally answered the second time! Lady on the other end was VERY snippy with me and hung up on me! Came to thedoor with my order saying "I brought it out to the mobile order area and you weren't there!!" and proceeded to push my order atme. For one thing I drive a Semi and was too busy trying not to hit anything on my way into the parking lot!! She said, "Lookfor the signs,they tell you where you should be!!! Quality and quantity sliding down hill. Had ordered hasbrowns and where so greasy and crispy like they where redipped in the... grease to warm them up. Bacon on the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit is getting so thin pretty soon it won't be there. McDonald'sis not like it use to be sad to say. Read more

They had us wait in the parking lot for a half an hour for our delicious cold food
It's a McDonald's! It's not the worst, or the best I've ever been to. But, the food tasted right, and the service was ok. The... milkshake machine was working, so that was good. The real problem here is the same problem most McDonald's face... the fries.They were cold, and let's be honest, cold McDonald's fries are as disgusting as they are delicious when they are fresh.
