I had a birthday party, i ordered 6 veggie pizza, paid with my debit card $93.02 after waiting they told me they can?t make my... order because my payment didn?t go through, i showed them the charges on my account through the app, still refused, called thebank n put it on speaker, she spoke to Evelyn but she said I don?t care n I am not going to make ur order and if I don?t like itI need to go somewhere else, i asked for the manager she said she is, and no one can help me beside her, i was already late forthe people at my house, i have to pay again cash and called the bank to reverse the charges but will never go again, nastyattitude, talking to me as customer and playing with her phone, no name tag, very disrespectful to the customer and to thefranchise Read more

What in the actual heck are you guys doing over there how do you mess up chicken nuggets??? Looks like someone put a few dabs on... sauce on top a few nuggets and then just shoved them in foil and tossed them in the microwave they were soggy and barely anysauce at all on most the nuggets.... it was the worse experience I've had at any pizza chain. This is the 3rd time I?ve been given wrong order despite always ordering same item & being a loyal customer for more than a... year. When I call to complain, no apologies or customer service offered ever. This was my last time giving business to them.Other businesses deserve customers like us over this location because they value their customers. Not this lomita location.Totally disappointed. Worst Pizza EVER and $4+tax delivery fee on top of the price, Driver gets NONE of it so have to throw ANOTHER 5bucks or... whatever. Not to mention quality of pizza has gradually gone down over the years slowly worse and worse to the point where ithas NO taste and the WORST! Even Little Carsars right down the street has BETTER pizza and it's hot&ready all day/night forjust 5 bucks pizza! Just order an hour ago yes an hour ago after Catherine Castillo decided to argue with me saying that it hadn?t been an hour the... driver Jose Guzman decided to leave the pizza somewhere that wasn?t the front door and didn?t let us know.
