I only have 1 word to describe this place "phenomenal". From the food to the service, everything was absolutely perfect, they... have a very nice patio in the back with a heater so you don't have to worry about the cold at night. The food was delicious andI've ordered a beef tower; it was amazing ???? the beef was soft n melted into your mouth, the soup was good also but thedessert had too much sugar in it; I can only eat 2 spoons. Everything about their wagyu is utterly amazing. It's so so buttery that it just melts in your mouth... the meat is so tender... and the cuts are just amazing. Come here for a culinary experience. You won't be stuffed, but you can be satisfied (plus itleaves room for dessert! ;)). My favorite is actually the wagyu set on the wooden platform tray they serve it on. I actuallythink one tray is good for 3 people to try since there are 3 ish pieces on each section. This allows you to try other things intheir menu. I highly recommend the shiso rice - it's so good and fluffy! Yes, this place is pricy, but you are here for highquality meat, not the cheaper meat that is designed to be AYCE. Service is sometimes hit or miss when I'm here, hence the 3stars. In addition, the ventilation in here is not great. It gets smoky which is really weird in a BBQ place... would thinkventilation would've been better with their experience. Easy to park lot. Read more

The meat is the most delicious! We always go for Short Ribs and the Oxtail ramen soup. The chicken leg is awesome too. It pairs... well with hot sake. The overall bill usually comes to around $ 80 ; before tips. Get that, the toilet seats are heated. Its ahight tech Japanese installation with bidet function. My favorite Japanese BBQ in the world! My favorite bbq in the world!! My Japanese friend took me here for lunch at the first... place. Their lunch set was very cheap and delicious. I got beef, salad, rice, and soup. I has been 10years since my first visit.The quality of food is always the same as good. Sadly they no longer offer the lunch set now. So this time I got beef beeftongue, rid eye beef tail soup and they are still amazing as usual. If I still live in CA, I will go there Every week. Read more
What an amazing meat they have! So yummy. Very tender, juicy and fatty. Our whole family including 3yo and 5yo enjoyed it so... much. Original pancake was delicious as well. The only downfall is that they don't have complimentary bachan (the side dishes).However it didn't stop us from returning. The prices are higher also but the quality of meat deserves it. Our second visit to the place but the experience was not as good as two years ago. We are not sure is it because of the ... pandemic but the quality of the meat is really not on par with its price. Only the Japanese A5 steak and American premium beeftongue are fresh and juicy. All other three American limited menu items are really more like average choice level meat.
