I have been going to Jack in the Box since the early 70s. I was in middle school, and would get 2 tacos and a drink for 99¢. ... Over the years, they've been my go to. After my experience last weekend, I don't know if I will ever eat there again. THE mosthorrible experience with ANY fast food, ever. It took 20 minutes in total to get my order, and then it was WRONG. Twentyminutes! Not only was the length of time unacceptable, having the wrong order, on top of that? I ordered pickup and waited a half an hour and tried to walk in like the app said. A men met me at the door and asked if I was... Doordash. I said no so he said I have to go through the line. So I wait another half hour in line and they tell me my order wasdelete because I didn?t pick it up in an hour and asked me if I still had the order on my phone. I love Jack in the Box but the whole restaurant is shielded by two confusing lines of cars in their drive thru. Often I've... craved and once I cancelled an online order because the line was down the street. It's not that great but it's clearly popular.I wish that aspect was fixed. Otherwise it's great Jack in the Box food, very nostalgic. Reminds me of getting food with my dadevery morning on my way to school. Read more

Ordered online and the app said open til 11 pm. Went to pick up my food and they closed early, wouldn't give me my food or a... refund, and said to go on the app for a refund which there is no section for refunds and can't get a hold of anyone atcorporate. The manager was rude, told me to go to the drive thru when I don't have a car and did nothing to make it right. Ispent my last $12 on dinner that I didn't get. They don't care about front lobby customers. It takes 10 minutes to get them toeven acknowledge you. They only pay attention to the drive thru. The manager and the employees close this Jack in the box whenever they want too. Even though the sign says it?s open 24/7 it is... not. I have gone through the drive thru multiple times to be told they are ?closed? because there registers are down(lie) soeveryday your registers are down?? Hmm? And I get they close around 4 to switch to breakfast( that?s what they said) but I havegone there at different days around 2:30am 3:00am 3:30am and that?s the excuses I guess. But last night I when through the drivethru at 2:55am and I was told they can?t take orders for 20 minutes. So I drove home, waited 20 minutes then called to confirmthey are opened, a guy answered claiming he was the manger and they are not opened till 4:30am(I called right at the 20 minutemark so it was 3:15am) I then asked why he told me 20 minutes and he said he was the one in charge and he can close whenever.This happened on Thursday October 13 at 3:15am so who ever that manager is apparently can close and open when he wants to eventhough they are supposed to be open 24/7. Doesn?t make sense to me but I don?t think that?s right or professional at all. Read more

I would not recommend this restaurant in a thousand years. I just got back from the drive thru and I ordered jalapeno poppers... and spicy chicken strips and some other things. I just checked my order and I got two 7 piece jalapeno poppers, I've triedcalling and they're not answering. And I don't want to drive back because it's the middle of the night. They have horriblecustomer service everyone there was very dismissive and didn't really care the only person that was decent looked like a newguy. I work in customer service myself, I understand all that happens with customers, I'm a manager for a pizza place and Iwould be very disappointed in my employees if they were like that to a customer. Anyway all I needed were the chicken strips andI didn't get them I spent money on something I didn't even get, I really hope that they learn how to run a businesssuccessfully, because they are failing at the moment. Such a poor excuse for food!! I ordered 2 tacos, looks like they were made last week! Barely any meat on them. They also tasted... old. Ate part of one and threw the rest away. Read more

One of those places that you go to not because you have a choice but because it's the only walk-in service around there. That... being said the sandwich wasn't all that bad but for a three bite meal it was on the costier end. Read more
