Maintained well. Food is tasty. Order 2 paneer wrap it was delicious and spicy. Little expensive but it's worthy.
Absolutely horrible service. Sat in drive thru 35 minutes. No toy or sauce in happy meal and 3 cheeseburgers and a mcchicken... were made wrong. I would be ashamed to be a manager here. Read more
I knew before I ordered this was going to be the dumbest mcd's I'd ever been too, but I was tired and needed the rest. People... started standing there waiting on orders. A worker starting asking each one what they ordered. Like they didn't have a number.I've never worked at a Mcd's, but I'm pretty sure I could have went back there and looked at a monitor and got things goingbetter. I think I could have trained those two kids up front. I was laughing and sitting it out to see. I got rested well enoughand ask for a refund. Another guy did the same after me. I wasn't mad or anything. I wasn't that hungry. If I'd been hungry, Imight have gotten mad. I'm still laughing. I hope they get some help. It's right off of I 75. Read more

There are also playrooms for children,with different types of games, board games, Nintendo Wii, toboggans and slides such as the ones in the restaurants and alsostaff provides games for the children. All the staff working here have personalities of door knobs. They were not friendly and seemed miserable at their jobs. If you... don?t like working there, then find something else and hire people who are friendly! Read more
Did an online order, got to restaurant, and the drive thru line was too long. I cancelled the order on the app and went... somewhere else. An hour later I got charged and got a receipt through email. They are refusing to contact or refund me. Read more
I don't cook much and usually go to this McDonald's for my children. I always order the same thing for them, 40 nuggets and 2... large fries. Well today I went to the other McDonald's at other end bc I was at that end of town, and tried to save gas. Iordered this same thing. I get home and have 7 nuggets in each 10 pc box, and 2 med fries. Which should have been 10 in each. Icalled them for over 30 mins and no answer. So I called my regular McDonald's and the Manager Cindy answered. She was supersweet and amazing. She gave me a code to fix my kids food. And she didn't have to do that. This Manager is there every time I gothere, which is 3 to 6 times a week. I'm blown away by how amazing this Manager was and still is. McDonald's did awesome hiringher bc she takes her job serious and has always treated me well and every other customer ive seen. McDonald's this Managerdeserves a raise, bc she truly is one of a kind. Her name is cindy and she works at McDonald's by Shilohs. Thank you Cindy formaking things right. Read more
