They frequently close the drive though. I had them close it when my husband was in the drive thru and they had a large party... come in while I was inside the gas station and my husband was in the drive thru. Then we had to go in and what. They close itliterally all the time. And they do not ever have the milkshake machine working. The last probably 15 times there, it had notworked. Probably too lazy to clean it like McDonalds and their ice cream machine! Worst Arby?s ever!! Read more
$10+ meal I've had chicken nuggets that are larger than this "breast filet". I'm done with Arby's.
Fries were hard, meat looked like it had been pre chewed for me, and no ice in sodas. Either their drive thru is closed or their... food is complete garbage. Find a different Arby?s. Read more
First, drive through was shut down. Ugh. Terrible work ethics. We waited 12 minutes for our food. There was some boy, about... 10-12 yrs old, son of one of the ladies working, step brother to to cashier. Lids were laying on counter, about 20 of them, andthis boy, Skylar Hunter, (we all knew his name, after Cashier said it twenty times), was playing with them. Cashier kept yellingat him, also yelling to the back to his mom, to come take care of him, that he wasn't listening. At one point, kid stoodinfront of register, and wouldn't move. People were waiting in line to give their order. Cashier did throw away the lids,placed more out, and kid Skyler, picked up that bag of lids and was dragging it everywhere. I actually spoke up once, at thekid, and told him to move. Two stars, only because the food was ok. We will never return. Read more
Worst customer service ever experienced at this location. I walked in and said good morning and the cashier looked at me dumb.... So I said it AGAIN!! She then says good morning. I guess she was upset that she had to give me the same courtesy.... instead ofa small 16oz cup she gave me a kiddie cup, stating they were out of 16 Oz cups. Usually you would give the customer a bigger cupnot small, lol. I really wanted to make a big fuss about it... but I'll just pray she has a better morning. Read more
