So disappointed! Went in with the family, there was 6 of us, and after 40 minutes we asked about our food because everyone... coming in after were served. Was told by the server "they are 2 tops you are a 6 top so they get served first". In what logicis that correct? So because we are 6 people you made us wait to serve 8. So stupid! Read more
Worst experience ever! Ordered a Cobb salad with no tomatoes. Came covered in diced tomatoes, We were here for nearly 2 hours,... couldn't get refills, waitress came over a couple times and never brought back drinks! Had to ask 3 times for silverware. Waited 30 minutes for a to go salad, and still had to ask for a manager to get it and the check. Asked to speak to the managerand she said the girl was the only waitress bur there was visibly 3 waitresses and only 1 did any work at all! My 16 and 14 yearold kids were waiting on the salad and the manager was talking badly about me, IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN! Will not be back! Read more
Food was good. Bathrooms were filthy. Not sure how "employees must wash their hands before returning to work" when there is... no soap. Otherwise it was good. Read more

After swearing we would never go to the London Ohio Bob Evans again 6 moths ago we thought we give another try July17th,2022@... 6:30pm With our three granddaughters walking in the door noticed an employee glancing at another(both who were doing nothing) Icould see the usual teenage eye roll. We were seated rather quickly. We had our drinks equally as fast. Glancing around therestaurant i seen four other occupied tables three of which people were eating and a party of two adults 2 toddlers and aninfant waiting for they?re order. Maybe four young ladies not doing much else but talking, this made me wonder were they?resupervisor was at because this place had one of the dirtiest floors ever. After a lengthy wait ,our food order was taking ,whichtook 50 mins. later to receive. My order was the simplest of orders pancakes with bacon side. Pancakes were gooey in the middle,bacon could have cook longer for sure. The syrup tasted like a bad chemistry project with a film of something on top of syrupwhich I removed with the fork. The other 4 orders were mediocre at best. Why didn?t we send it back , we didn?t have anotherhour to waste! There won?t be next time. I guess I?ll have to travel father to a Cracker Barrel and take my $70.00 with me. Read more
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Staff is so rude, waited an hour for our food. Other families came in after us got seated got there food... and finished eating and we still didn?t have our food. Mind you those families came in at least 15-20 mins after we had beenseated. We ended up leaving without getting food. Other customers were also complaining about how rude the staff was as well,they were also apologizing to us for the service we were having because they knew we had been waiting for so long and they werealready eating and done in we still had no food. So I would advised to never go to this Bob Evan?s in London. Read more
This was terrible, green beans were cold, the chicken was dry and paper thin, no salad dressing, and 30 minutes late because no... one took the order off the computer. The young lady ignored us and was rude. This was our second try at Bob?s but thinkingservice was bad because of Covid. Read more
This location is laughable. Absolutely rip you off on serving sizes. I have attached a photo of my soup that was supposed to be... a cup of soup and they filled it a quarter of the way full. Unacceptable Read more
