I went to Casey?s today to pick up some drinks. All over the store they were advertising Dr. Pepper 2 for $3. When I went to... check out, they rang up the normal price. I asked why and they said I had to download the app to get the deal. So I paused myorder and downloaded the app. When I tried to check out again, it was still the regular price. I asked why, and they said it wasonly original Dr. Pepper, not Diet or Zero. Then I pointed to the sign where it clearly listed all the types of Dr. Pepper.Next, they told me you have to wait 24 hours after signing up for the app before you can get any deals. Seriously?! Why not justhonor the deal clearly printed all over the store? I?m afraid you?ve lost a customer over a $1 savings. I do not plan to return. Read more
I have had a great experience going into Casey's. Food and drink selections are great, but when I ordered online and got my... pickup time they hadn't even started the pizzas yet.. Don't know if there is an error in their system or just didn't see myorder come through but if you are giving a pick up time it would be nice to have it done at that time not just being started. The first Casey I've been to and their food is delicious. Who doesn't like to snack on a slice of pizza?
The pizza is pretty good but don't trust the time-line the app gives. Give it a good hour everytime or else you'll be waiting... around awhile. Read more
While I understand people have other things going on in their life and i don't know their whole story, about 75% of the... employees at this gas station are rude.
