Quick and good, only pizza place open late around here!
Pizza arrived cold. I mean actually cold to the touch! I did not realize pizza could actualy be dry, but hey I learned that it... can! The pictures advertise exorbitant amounts of toppings! The pictures made me go with them. Silly me!!!!!! The toppingswhere so sparsely applied that I almost thought I ordered a cheese pizza that someone accidentally dropped some pepperonion! Picked up a large specialty pizza and a large Works pizza. Fresh veggies and hot! Service was friendly and location is clean!!
This is my favorite regional chain pizza restaurant. I love their thin crust and always order extra as for some reason its... almost tastes better toasted as leftovers. Read more
I have celiac. Needless to say every time I order from here they get my order incorrect. I ordered a cheese pizza with pickles.... I had to call the store 3 times to try to get it corrected as the delivery driver had to keep coming back. I ended up sendingall of them back to the store. The manager only credited 1/3 of the price I paid for it. She even got cocky with me. Terribleservice and mediocre pizza. Read more
Disappointed. This is not the Donatos standard we are used to. Our pizza came drenched in sauce after ordering light sauce. The... crew brought our food out 1 item at time which made for 5 antsy children. Their pizzas were brought last. Crew struggled to keepthe fountain area stocked even though they were dead. No dinging of bells to say an online order came in, no phones ringing, nowalk in customers. Just us & the crew. So there was absolutely no reason for such poor service. Just laziness. Read more
Love the pizza here. It?s always delicious. The very vegy is my favorite. They?ve always been quick and on time as well.
The salad was good but when I asked to have onions and peppers added toy salad they said that isn't possible. Not sure the... reason but sounds stupid, so no more Donatos for me in London Ohio. Read more
