They did not answer the phone so I had to go there and place my order and wait for it. Food was good though when I got it.

The most recent experience was ordering a hot & ready pepperoni pizza with wings. Cashier at the window said it would be between... 10-15 min wait for the wings to be made and to wait in front of the building. I waited 20-25 mins instead before I went insideto check on the status of my order. The employee who waited on me at the window double checked that I ordered the wings and thepizza. I said yes, and he said he was giving me a fresh pizza "because this has been sitting here for a minute." I appreciatethe gesture and the fresh pizza. I believe I may have been forgotten to have my food brought out to my car because the pick-upspace I was in is blocked from the view of the store by a support column. We just moved to London and have ordered from Little Caesars before and like the food and service except for tonight when we... place a order online and pick up at drive thru window, but when we get there the guy says he has no order for us but we alreadypaid for it so he got nasty and we got nasty so he went in the back and came back with our order somewhat through it at us andtold us to never come back to his store. Well we won't we will go to Casey's. Besides the pizza was hard and the bread wasn'tdone all the way.
