They did not answer the phone so I had to go there and place my order and wait for it. Food was good though when I got it.

The most recent experience was ordering a hot & ready pepperoni pizza with wings. Cashier at the window said it would be between... 10-15 min wait for the wings to be made and to wait in front of the building. I waited 20-25 mins instead before I went insideto check on the status of my order. The employee who waited on me at the window double checked that I ordered the wings and thepizza. I said yes, and he said he was giving me a fresh pizza "because this has been sitting here for a minute." I appreciatethe gesture and the fresh pizza. I believe I may have been forgotten to have my food brought out to my car because the pick-upspace I was in is blocked from the view of the store by a support column. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a fairly regularoccurrence; hopefully, they find a solution. Read more
I went to this establishment twice in the last two weeks. The first time I was told it was going to be an hour wait for a... supposed hot and ready pizza. The second time I waited in line for 15 minutes and I was told it would be 20 more minutes to gowait in line again. Is much easier to order pizza somewhere else and go pick it up. The myth that there are pizzas hot and readyat this establishment is a joke. Read more
Been here a couple of dozen times. I've only had one bad experience. Usually the experience is average to above average. The... price creep on the side sauces is a problem, and by price creep, I mean the price more than doubled from $0.50 to over a dollarif I remember right, then I think they dropped it back down to a dollar a piece. Usually the pizza "hot and ready" is warm tohot, and reasonably fresh. The one bad experience was when I got a pizza that looked and tasted like it had been there for overa day. Ordered at he drive thru window and the worker said "he's getting bread sticks now, so move around front and it'll be out soon"... 8 minutes later and 3 other orders behind me leave I called in to check on my order. The lady said shes buttering the breadsticks now and they'll be right out. 6 minutes later and 3 more orders leave I drove up to the window. The lady says my orderhas been ready and they are waiting on my drink.....waited 6 minutes for a 2 liter of Mt Dew that was taken from the coolerwhich was right beside the window. BUT that's not the end of my experience. The lady who was helping me said "window is open"so I can assume the lady who helped me at first and answered the phone was talking badly about me. Fast forward to my eatingexperience. The bread sticks that I waited for 14 minutes for were raw, cold and inedible. The pizza was flat and not cut atall. We just moved to London and have ordered from Little Caesars before and like the food and service except for tonight when we... place a order online and pick up at drive thru window, but when we get there the guy says he has no order for us but we alreadypaid for it so he got nasty and we got nasty so he went in the back and came back with our order somewhat through it at us andtold us to never come back to his store. Well we won't we will go to Casey's. Besides the pizza was hard and the bread wasn'tdone all the way.
