My daughter just surprised me with lunch for my birthday. Fish and chicken. It was AWFUL!! So greasy, OLD GREASE!! Stunk of old... grease! Not golden brown, muddy brown. The chicken was ordered as crispy and got greasy original. Threw out 2nd piece. Today, asked for sauce and got none. Got home... and all 6 pieces of fish were small, hard, over fried and cut terribly thin. The last 3 trips there have been disappointing. What's going on? Read more

Kayleigh gave great customer service! They have limited chicken after 8!! The fish seemed like they took it out of a warmer and... thru it in the fryer. The hush puppies and chicken were all very greasy. The fryer oil either needs changed or they precookedour food. I have always had good food from this location. I wont go there after 7! It was bad...???? Update: I should have paidattention to my own review. Tried the fish again, thinking it may have gotten better after a few months since my last visit.Nope! It was worse and it made me and my sister sick this time! They wont answer a phone. Usually if your sick the next day itis food poisoning. So maybe I should try that phone number! Read more

It is actually a Long John Silver's and a KFC in one. Easy to spot. Generally fast friendly service. Tend to make small... mistakes but fix them without problems. Plenty of parking with wheelchair parking and access. They have both full menus so thatis a huge plus. Located in a small town where the movie False Flag was produced. I share a similar experience that others have. Food was overcooked. I ordered 1 family meal (8 piece chicken) and sides. I was... the only vehicle in line. No customers were in the dining room. After ordering, I was asked to pull into a parking space sothat someone could bring my food to my vehicle. Upon pulling into a spot, I noticed another vehicle occupying a parking spotpresumably waiting for their order as well. After 15 minutes of waiting, I decided to go inside to inquire about my order. Afteranother 2 minutes of waiting inside, my ordered was brought to the front counter. 15+ minutes is entirely too long to wait for 8pieces of chicken considering the circumstances. Read more
