This is objectively the WORST location in all of Ohio. I'd actually rather go hungry than make the mistake of stopping here to... literally waste my money anymore. So I came here to warn others too. #1 Very dirty in kitchen AND lobby area, (also rarely eversee staff cleaning) #2 Consistenly old/bad quality food #3 Unusually high frequency of order inaccuracy #4 Very poor customerservice #5 Items more frequently unavailable than other locations -(Frappe, Milkshake, etc.) Even post-remodel, the cleanlinessis very poor from dining area to (visible from lobby) back kitchen areas. The extra drive through speaker has no point asthere's only 1 lane. And so you wait in the street often blocking traffic. Please save yourself the frustration, time, andmoney by avoiding this location at all costs. Embarrassingly bad. Read more
This is a local place in my small town & I am glad they have good food and service since my family & I eat there all the time.... Mostly online app orders & then we go pick it up. One suggestion would to have the option of adding a notes section on the appwhen you order and add the option of adding Mac sauce to the menu as an extra even if we pay extra for it. i try to give this place another chance and my large fry is a medium that's only have full and the fries are cold and hard.... chicken nuggets are soggy cold and rubbery, hot chocolate is cold it?s just all always so gross Read more
Ordered 4 mc chickens and two large fries. The fries were gross. Very old, cold and no salt. Two of my four mchickens were made... incorrectly. Just chicken and globs and globs of Mayo. Two had lettuce while two didn?t. Literally some of the most basic itemsto make and still were made wrong. I?m beyond disappointed. We have given the high street location a second chance over and overagain and yet again we come out disgusted. Today was the last time for us. Step it up and pay attention to what you put throughthat window cuz 95% of the time it?s old and gross food. Read more
Its hard to give a Mc Donald's 5 stars, basically because its Mc Donald's but the fries were fresh, the nuggets were fresh, the... double cheese burgers were made to order so the food was good based on what was expected but the ice cream machine was down asper usual for about the entire franchise system! Just went to this McDonald's and when we got home I dumped out my fries and this is what I found. A string that had been fried... with my fries. Disgusting. And when I called someone answered then hung up called again and voicemail. Terrible ???? Read more
This location is amazing. Everything is always fresh and their fast. If their busy I've seen them outside taking orders to make... it go faster for people in line. That's a big plus when you're ordering fast food. The store is clean. The employees are alwaysfriendly. Like I said it's the best McDonald's I've been too. Read more
Went thru the drive thru ordered our food then had to pull around and wait. They shorted us 1 large fry. So I went in and asked... for a fry and they had drop fresh fries. The whole time the bigger women who must think she's boss kept giving a dirty look andtalking down on another employee. Then the fries were done and she gave me another dirty look then gave 4 fries to a order atthe drivethru after I had been waiting 5 minutes then gave me the nasty fries that proabaly have been in there all day. We gethome and my double qpc smokehouse was only a single the fries were still horrible and the nuggets were so bad and tasted likecardboard my kid didn't even eat her happy meal very pathetic Read more
