Store was clean. Day shift was good plenty of staff. 3am on the other hand. No hot food what so ever. Old coffee, no creamer for... coffee, only one person working that we saw in the 15 minutes inside. They had 10 people working in there in the afternoon but 1at night. I expected better. Read more
Ok. So the parking lot is a big mess. Meh. That sucked, but I'm a big girl and dealt with it. The only reason I gave four stars... instead of five was because of the lot. I went inside to get my CAT scale ticket and some water. Store was nice and clean. Thepizza was awesome. Most everything appeared to be well stocked. But the best part........The staff was awesome. Today they wereso very friendly and helpful. It truly was nice to interact with them. And they were working together as a team which is alwaysnice to see. I spend a great deal of time on the road and by myself. When I stop in a place, the attitudes of the staff can makeit or break it for me. These ladies and gentlemen were on point as far as making me feel welcome. Read more
This place is disgusting. Stopped there earlier today. Hoses on fuel pumps aren't long enough on one side, had to move truck to... fuel passenger side as hose wouldn't reach. Due to remodeling they have porta johns in the parking lot, and they were bothoverflowing with human waste(gross!). Just an overall seedy atmosphere. This location should be avoided entirely. This placeshould be shut down until remodel is completed. Just shows the greed and contempt for the drivers by Jimmy Haslam. Read more
My husband drives for a living and he had reserved a parking spot here. The drive there was fine but finding this place was... difficult. When he got there he saw that their showers were down. He asked why this was not posted online and the workerstated that she had no idea and that they won't be working tomorrow. Also, Reserve Parking, if you happen to come and spend yourmoney for these spots get ready to move all the way to the back of the parking and get ready for someone to be in that ReserveParking spot as well that is not supposed to be there. All around I would not recommend this place for truckers to stop. Read more
Pulled up to get drinks and use the bathroom found sign that said temporarily closed due to no power but there was obviously... power on. There was men restrooms posted for outside but not woman's. Read more
No showers due to hot water unavailable (even if it's there is but that's the reason personnel use). Also, it's a great place to... lose a mud flap (see pictures) and no one cares here. Read more
This is a good Pilot Travel Center to stop and get things for your trip or grab a bite to eat. The store looks clean and we'll... maintained the only issues was the men's restroom not enough stalls for that big store and one was out of order and the samesituation outside on the diesel Isle two of those bays were tapped off. Still good place to stop! Read more
I must say that Tesa.A is a blessing and a all out True human being, she embodies what it means to ?help? the customer and make... it easy for him/her, I had an issue, she dealt with me in a very professional manner, never with an attitude, I can?t see whyshe?s not a general manager of A store, if ALL the associates of this company we?re like her, there will be a better view ofthis company. She?s the jewel that needs to shine in the upper echelon of the company.. promote her, educate her and invest inher.. she?ll make the stores growth turn upwards $$$$.
