We've ordered Pizza Hut several time's in the last year that we've moved back to London and quite honestly it's been awful, but... I'm thankful we were willing to try again because the pizza we got last night and the bread sticks might just have been the bestwe've ever gotten from the franchise. It was not only picture perfect but the tastiest as well! In a year and a half it's thefirst time we were able to get bread sticks, which we love and they were made and cooked to perfection as well. Only complaintwas that we ordered extra marinara sauce for bread sticks and we didn't get the extra's. I don't know what they've done toimprove the quality and overall experience at this London location but I sincerely hope it continues. I know we'll become morefrequent patrons if this quality continues. Read more

The pizza was good. I gave it 2 stars because of the atmosphere. The employees were making loud obnoxious noises that you could... hear the whole time we were in the dining area and the employees were vaping in the store and sometimes would in front ofcustomers. Yes vaping is not the same as cigarette smoke but it still looks unprofessional when they have customers in thestore. I can see why this location didn't have hardly any customers. Waitress was nice. I also believe that the waitress couldhave charged me for 6 fountain pops instead of charging me for a bottle of pop because there fountain machine was down. I feellike it could have been cheaper that way...maybe not. I am from out of town and probably won't return to this location. Read more
We order from London Pizza Hut almost Daily and spend a large amount. Usually we get the Hot Wings which are usually leaking all... over everything but most of the time we just clean up the mess and let it go. One of the delivery drivers ASKED for a tip andthe food was a mess. We called and got a credit. Today I received the pizza in the picture, So I called and asked if they couldbring me a new one and they could take this one back? I Explained that the toppings were in the middle with about a 2inch crustaround. I was told it would be 2 hours delivery wait and then put on hold. When someone came back on the line She stated she wasthe manger, I already had 2 credit (which I don't know why since I had only complained a couple of days ago) and that SHE mademy pizza so she knows that it wasn't 2 inches. I asked to send her a picture and she refused. She said every time we order weseem to have an issue. She then said "I have pizzas to make and there is nothing I can do" She then hung up. We spent a lot ofmoney at pizza Hut at my company and YES we expect the food to be prepared correctly not just thrown together. I also expect thedelivery driver to not be telling me i need to add a tip. I know the attitude I will get about "if you're not happy just gosomewhere else" Which we will do.. Read more
I placed an online order for a group of us at work, we work night shift in a nursing home, so we are unable to leave the... facility. The order never came, the tracker still says its being made 16 hours later. I never received a phone call, text oremail saying they couldn't deliver it. When I just called the store, Ace told me that the gm Michael canceled the order becausethey didn't have a delivery driver and Doordash didn't pick it up! We waited 2 hours, tried to call the london location and theyhad already gone home. I called today and they left me on hold for 8 minutes then said , sorry nothing I can do.....bad businessall around! Read more
