A nice clean restaurant. Ordered 2 double stack biggie bags. Had to wait for someone to take my order. The food was ok. The... food was warm at best. Best Wendy's ever. It because Kamryn McCoy is the best worker. He brings a smile to my face everyone I visit.
They were very disorganized and service was VERY SLOW.....they put my food on the tray and didn't give it to me til they got... boyfriends food on another tray and by the time they did that my food was cold and I know this for a fact due to I was standingat the counter trying to get someones attention and the manager lady (short Caucasian with salt/pepper hair) basically juststood between drive thru and fry station and she saw me standing up there for 10 minutes never asked if I had been helped nordid she herself offer to help. They had enough staff. I've been a manager in the food industry for a VERY long time and thiskind of customer service was VERY POOR!!!!!! Other customers (3) who ordered behind were also upset at the service and one evenstated his concern with the cashier who did apologize but apologies don't always fix the issue(s). If you go late forget all about it. I don't usually give warnings about fast but this location I will make an exception. 262... Lafayette Street is a permanent no go for me . I was in the drive threw for 20 minutes with no movement I drove around to seethe window employee hanging out the window having a nice conversation. That wasn't the firs time . Stopped for a couple burgers, and needed to use the restroom. The lobby was closed, so I had to go across the street to Casey's.... To be honest, I probably shouldn't have even purchased food since they couldn't have their lobby open at least for restroom use. Read more
