Worst service I have received at a fast food establishment, hands down. Waited at the register for 10 minutes without being... spoken to, then the cashier left. I waited another 5 minutes with no cashier present and no other staff even acknowledging mebefore raising my voice and to ask for service. I was promptly yelled at by an employee that "can't you see we'rebusy?" Incredibly rude, incredibly unprofessional. If someone had even said hello to me this would have been a betterinteraction. Stick to the drive through so you don't have to encounter these employees face to face. Read more

I have had better experience at Wendy's. This location was out of medium cups and diet coke. The pub fries didn't even have... melted cheese. But the burger was fresh and delicious. Read more

I just can through the drive thru at 11:30 am which is lunch time, first of all they had no soda which should have been a... deterrent right there but I live close so I can get my own drink. I ordered a grilled chicken, every single bite made a crunchsound. The nuggets were completely cold. It was terrible. There was nobody in line or in the store so there's no reason it wasso bad. The girl at the drive thru was kinda rude too. She handed me my food and slammed the door shut. This Wendy's isstarting to turn into the Taco Bell that used to be next door. Gross food, bad employees. I won't be surprised if they end upvacant just like that Taco Bell. Read more

Really frustrating for a customer to ask for ranch or ketchup and then open up the paper bag to find neither is in there. I?d... rather you tell you you?re out than tell me OK and I get nothing. This is not just this location, it seems lately a lot of fastfood restaurants ignore requests for condiments. Read more

The restaurant itself is very clean. It is updated and the service is fast. The food is hot and fresh. They mixed up my order... giving me hot and spicy nuggets instead of regular nuggets, and my husband a diet coke after confirming twice a regular coke. Ithink the mist baffling thing is that while I have no problem with family bathrooms, opting for two of them with only single useeach instead of stalls, means you are going to be waiting in a very long line to use one. Maybe they could have put stalls inone of them. It seemed that the one I was in, where the gentleman in front of me did not lift up the seat, had enough space forthree stalls. Read more

Worse visit we have had there so far. We went later on a Wednesday, we ordered 3 large and 1 medium Frosty which were 2... chocolate and 2 vanilla. They did not give us one of the chocolate Frosties and we told the worker that we were missing aFrosty, which she informes us that the machine was refilled and we could wait or get another vanilla and we decided on anothervanilla. Here is our concern, she gave us our order at the drive thru and did not even mention the 4th Frosty problem until weasked. Next problem was down the road, we found out our large Frosty was only filled halfway, which was not even mentioned to usby the worker. If there is a problem with the machine, it should be addressed by the worker to the customer to resolve theissue, versus no communication and angry customers. Read more
