We had a lovely waitress named Chantel, she extremely nice as well as the other staff are. We got there at great time 4:30 ... before the dinner rush. We both had the Haddock and fries and a order of coleslaw to go. The food was great as always. You geta large quantity for you money. The atmosphere is really nice you can tell the regular customers who come in, by how the staffgreets them. We will definitely be coming back, and would definitely recommend to anyone to come here. If you love seafood this is the perfect place to go for lunch. The service is excellent and the staff is very friendly . The... ambience is like a fisherman dock and a boat. This restaurant is furnished like sitting in the captain?s cabin. The food wasamazing with excellent quality and quantity. The portions are huge. Read more

What can I say about Archie?s?..this little local seafood spot was a good find. Love when I get to a place that is filled with... not only locals but the older local crowd. The menu itself is classic , good ol Archie got the squad all out there for thatphoto which is dope. Everything ordered was on ????, and for my first meal in Canada I?d say it was proper. Update Saturday, July 24th 2021. Was super excited to be finally able to visit Archies for breakfast. However, it was one of... those days ????...ordered the hungry man cause why wouldn't you and my partner ordered an original skillet with sausage and NOmushrooms. Needles to say you can imagine what happened but here let me give it to you in point form. 1. Coffee cups had pinksparkle lipstick on them 2. Skillet came with mushrooms 3. They did offer to put the hungry man under the heat lamp whileremaking the skillet. 3. 2nd skillet came with bacon not sauage 4. They offered to make sausage on the side and my partneraccepted the offer out of pitty but they do not like bacon. 5. Told my partner you don't have to eat something you don't likeand advised to have them remake the meal. 6. Hungry man started getting cold and my pancakes were now sponges of syrup....somemay like this I however do not! 7. Finally got the skillet right, but my syrup sponges were so drenched it made my stomach upsetand unable to eat my meal. 8. I am pretty sure that they noticed me typing this review and they came over and tried to make itright with a piece of pie. NOT a very good alternative after having already been put of by the syrup sponge pancakes. So wepackaged up my breakfast took the offer of a piece of pie and my partner enjoyed their finally made right skillet while I typedthis review. 9. Got brought a bill, Stephanie the manager told me I still had to pay because we ate some of the meal and weretaking it home. 10. Handed Stephanie the bill and left the food at the tables including the pie offered to try and make up forthe experience. Let me say this..... at reduced capacity due to COVID service should get better not worse, I have betterservice here during a crazy full dinning room with only two servers working than I did today.
