Update: Tonight at ~8:10pm, August 14th, 2022, I was back at BarBurrito because I love their pulled pork hard tacos and fries. I... went in and told the lady I wanted 3 pulled pork hard tacos in a combo with fries. She went and put the fries down, but itquickly became clear she wasn't entirely focused as she was on her bluetooth phone bud with someone. I paid for my order and hadto ask for my fries and drink. She told me she hadn't charged me for either. I ended up paying more, because I wasn't chargedthe combo price and paid in two separate transactions. Upon getting home, I realized I could have asked for a refund of theinitial payment and paid the combo price, but I was a little flustered myself. It is just unfortunate that the associateprioritized getting back to their phone conversation as the mistake and being overcharged wouldn't have happened at all. Stilllove their food, but this was definitely a poor night for customer service. Last night, (June 16 2022), I went here for dinner,because I love their pulled pork tacos (and fries!). However, I didn't realize I had shown up a couple minutes after they hadclosed. Instead of being turned away, which would have been reasonable and totally respected, the gentleman took my orderwithout hesitation. He was very polite and told me not to worry about being a few minutes after closing (though I apologizedrepeatedly and promised not to show up after closing again). One of the best experience because reached at 9 the store was about to close but still take the order and service was good.

We took two burrito bowl. There was a lady employee wearing spectacles. She served the worst burrito till date to me. Very less... quantity of each veggie. She didnt told her name, worst cx service by her. We give best cx service doesnt matter who the cx isbut here I dont think they know how to talk. I told to put veggies and sauces more and she denied. Not recommended for anyburrito items here. Read more
Just had a amazing burrito bowl ever so much in it so filling and omg cant wait to try more totally worth every penny
