Arrived in the store this morning to purchase a cake for my sons birthday. I opened the freezer to take a look at prices and... designs. No fretting just the woman yelling at me to close the fridges (which is fine) but it was in a rude tone and then shewalked off in frustration very rudely muttering to herself. I then called to talk to the manager and it was the same woman.Shewas yelling at me and talking over me. I will NEVER step foot in this store again. Terrible customer service. Read more
Tried many flavors, all were very good except mango smoothie. It wasn't as good as their icecream.
The team here are attentive and friendly. Delicious ice cream and tons of flavours. A great stop in south London. Inside is... clean and comfortable. Only wish for a larger outdoor sitting area. Read more
The young lady and man were quite polite whilst taking my order. They gave us plenty of time for us to order and since I have... kids it is greatly appreciated. The ice cream and environment of the store is really great. The young lady cleaned up after usand wiped down all the doors and handles. Read more
Quality of ice cream/shake was nice but the lady at the counter rushed us to purchase quickly. To be fair we had 6 kids but we... also purchased a lot of icecream. I think she panicked seeing so many kids. Working in an icecream shop, staff should be trainedon being patient while the customer decides what they want especially kids. Not impressed. Read more
I guess that customer service is not that important for the people working there. Thank goodness the ice cream was good
