There pizza is decent. However their service has always been difficult and belligerent. Years ago I ordered a veg pizza with... vegan cheese. It was for a vegetarian. It came with chicken on it. When I asked for a new pizza. It was like asking a strangerfor a kidney. When they did finally agree to bring a correct pizza, they tried to ask for delivery fee agin and demand the otherpizza back. Over the years I have continued to order pizza from them. Just tonight I tried to order from them and they said theydon?t deliver that far. In the last five year they have delivered too my address at least five times. It?s approx 4km. A friendof mine who lives slightly further from them. Has been ordering delivery from them for years and. Has expressed they are toodifficult to deal and has had different, yet similar experiences. I feel like they have superiority complex and enjoy actingobtuse. Read more
Easy to order over the phone. I asked for it to be ready at a certain time. When I arrived it was ready but not under any kind... of heat. They had an employee taking the pizzas out of the oven with no mask which didn't sit right with me.... Pizza tastedgood but very little steak was seen on the Red Pepper Steak pizza... The pizza is great, no question. The toppings are tasty, the gourmet pizzas are delicious and the crust is really good too. Only... 4 stars however as it's quite expensive. The pizza isn't what you would call a good value, hence, due to the price, it's beexpensive having this pizza all the time. Also, perhaps it was just ours, but the pizza had very little cheese on it. The flavours, ingredients, and craftsmanship of the pizza here is next level. Honestly shows that there?s a standard you expect... from regular pizza joints and something special you find in the rare pizzeria like this one. Also maybe some of the nicestowners and staff you can hope to meet. I?ll definitely be coming back since the food is so good but I?ll feel great supportingthis London business as well. I tried the Merlot Jack. It was pretty amazing. They didn't have any of the specialty crust but it's the best pizza I've had in... a long time. I will definitely be back and hopefully try all their pizzas. The build your own sounds good too, lot of greatingredients to choose from. It's pickup or delivery only.
