I decided to come here with my Friend after he was done work. it was pretty late already, but I seen that they were still open... for another hour. Even though it was late all the servers still had smiles on their faces, and didn't mind the fact that we werecoming in. Went to Boston Pizza and ordered chicken wings! My chicken wings were pink to the point they looked raw. I asked for a new batch... they came out slimy. Service was lacking. It wasn't busy but our waitress (dark hair) seemed uninterested in providing friendly prompt service,... especially after a party of about 10 came in. She only took our order and asked once if the food was ok. We were there for overan hour and a half for 15 minutes of eating. The only saving grace was the hostess, who brought our meal and then our bill whenwe asked. (Young woman with tattoos, a big smile and great attitude) Our waitress couldn't be bothered to pay attention to us,even after we placed our plates at the end of the table indicating that we were finished. Chicken sandwich was good except thatwe both had a weird chewy piece in it that we couldn't bite through. We left a good tip only because of the hostess. Although I don't really care for their menu, I'm going to go ahead and give 5 stars based entirely on the super friendly,... patient and professional staff. Exceptional customer service at its finest. Went in as a large group with a children's soccerteam from out of town and they handled everything almost perfectly. Orders were correct, food was hot and despite the groupsize, it arrived relatively fast. Great job folks! Read more

Editing my review and changing it to 5 stars. Friendly service, amazing staff, great covid protocols for safety. My favourite... item hands down is the Chicken Pecan Salad; it’s truly a must have! It’s always been my go to item at Baoton Pizza for yearsnow and they all perfect it. Definitely recommended! Wonderful atmosphere too. Read more
