Such amazing food, but such bad service. Staff was rude it terms of being accommodating. For someone who was visiting for the... first time they offered little to no help. Not everyone eats beef and Pork but they were unwilling to allow anysubstitutes. There are two parts to a fast food service one is the food and other is customer service, I know restaurants getaffected by review hence giving 4 stars but if it was only for the customer service I?d rate it a 1 star. No greetings offered,no empathy for non beef/pork eaters, no clear instruction or direction as to what to order and how to order, no recommendationsto new customers, and the biggest disappointment was absolutely no chairs glad I didn?t bring my family. I'v seen these on tiktok and always wondered if the all the hype was real. So when we drove past this place we just had to pop... in and try. Let me say I was not disappointed! The staff was super friendly and took the time to explain the choices to us. Evenrecomended menu options considering it was our first visit. Each different rice dog has its own unique taste and appeal and allof them were delicious. *BE CAREFUL* not to bite the stick though. I made that mistake on my first bite. Aside from that I amrating this place 5 stars. They hit all the marks. Unique menu, delicious food with quality ingredients, reasonable price andexceptionally friendly staff. Keep up the great work! 1st time trying it and we were happy with the quality and taste. The team when I went today was very efficient, friendly and... helpful. We had a variety to choose from and were pretty content overall. Will be back to try something else. Best eaten freshbut was surprised the batter didn't get soggy when we had to reheat in the microwave. We also reheated a couple in the air fryerand those turned out well too. Would be even better if there was a side of kimchi AND danmujji to complete the experience. Isthat a possibility????????? Read more

1st visit here. They're similar to a pogo dog but with rice instead of corn. We tried the double-cheese dog and the sweet potato... dog. The deep-fried rice crust is very tasty. My wife liked her sweet potato dog, but found it quite filling. Could have had abetter crust to dog ratio as the rice seemed excessive compared to the regular sized hot dog inside. There were many sauces tochoose from but no plain mustard. I will definitely return here. Our server was very helpful with choosing our saucecombinations. Read more
It took less than 10 minutes to get my order. The rice dogs were freshly fried and not overly greasy. I really like the potatoe... one, it likes eating French fries and a hot dog in the same time. I also highly recommend pineapple juice, which tastes fresh. Read more
Crispy, chewy and deliciously fried to perfection! Ugh can't get enough of these Korean Rice Dogs. So happy they are in London... now! Highly recommend to try if you haven't yet; 100 times better than the traditional American style dog in my opinion. Not asheavy and not lacking in texture or quality. If anything it is the refined version and you get crazy cheese pulls if you orderthe Whole Mozza (my favourite btw). Definitely have to order them with sugar, and sauces! Makes them extra yummy, and the bestto eat is right after they hand them to you. Unless you reheat them in an air fryer or oven???????? The microwave will ruin thetexture/make them tough. Read more
Delicious!!!! You won't be disappointed. I tried Half Mozzarella and Half Beef. With Potato topping, cheddar cheese seasoning... and chipotle sauce. Loved it. Cooked to perfection, cheese was thoroughly melted and I could not stop drooling looking atit. Worth a shot if you're just looking to snack around while in downtown. I'd definitely go back.
