Sadly if there was an option for no stars!!! that what I would be giving?..as a local business I like to support other local... businesses, unfortunately the staff today were rude, upon receiving my order I asked if it was my order or someone eles thegirl rolled her eyes at me and said yeah and walked away??..I spend allot of money at coffee culture as I tend to buy treats formy clients at the salon ?..it is extremely disappointing that this was the behaviour today?..it took quite sometime for someoneto even acknowledge me. Unfortunately, there was a staff member at this coffee shop with an attitude problem. As someone with a lot of retail... experience, I really value good customer service, and one of the staff members we interacted with here was horrible andshouldn't work in the service industry at all. The drinks were OK, but the person I was with ordered a chocolate chip cookie butreceived an M&M cookie. Not a big deal, and we didn't complain, but it's hard to say how we felt about the food since we didn'tget what we wanted. Near the end of our visit, we overheard that they close at 8pm, whereas on Google it says 10pm. I asked thegrouchy staff member to confirm the time, and she said 8pm, so I said "oh, we didn't realize, on Google it says 10pm" and in thegrouchiest way possible she said, "Well Google is wrong. It's been wrong for months." She also said this while walking away, noteven bothering to look at us. Since this was our first time at the place, I'm not sure how she would have expected us to knowabout a months-long problem. She then proceeded to stand at the front door holding it open and staring at us. Note that it wasno later than 8pm at this point and she could see that we were trying to pack up a baby and everything. As we left we had towalk past her and she just stared with a dirty look on her face, and didn't say goodnight or thank you or anything. I don't wantto pay to be treated like trash, so yeah, I'll never be going here again. Always fantastic in quality. Every beverage on the menu is fantastic and the baked goods are equally amazing. If you like... pistachio you MUST try their pistachio muffins! My one complaint? They?ve had wifi issues for what seems like years making itextremely difficult to submit an order online. I can?t imagine how much business must be lost to a ?this restaurant is closed?notification when their wifi has simply gone out for a moment! Read more

This is a nice little coffee shop in Dundas Street in London Ontario. It has a warm and cozy atmosphere with a nice patio out... front. The staff member was pleasant and inviting. Best customer service experience! Everything is fresh and the employees are very friendly! It also has a reasonable prices. And... great variety of coffee and tea. They have special beverage as well and less expensive than Starbucks. On the other hand thedeserts are good but I little bit expensive..overall is good! I would definitely come back to this place!
