Insanely good healthy food. Super clean, great atmosphere, amazing friendly helpful staff. Love this place.

Ordered a dish online (coconut curry masala) for delivery and when we received it, it was clearly the wrong dish. While it had a... rice base, multiple ingredients were different than the dish I ordered including eggplant, pita bread, and mushrooms (missingpineapple, chix strips, spinach). I called to see if I could get the dish I ordered instead since whatever I received had a fewitems I really don?t stomach well (mushrooms, pita bread). The first person to answer the phone was a little disoriented,telling me she just got there and she?d have to ask, but then a few minutes later telling me she was just leaving and couldbring me something else. I told her I was just interested in what I ordered. She put the person ?who made the dish? on thephone. I was told that what I had in front of me is what I ordered and that the online picture and description were wrong. Helaughed and told me ?we don?t even have pineapple in the store?. He then asked what he could do to fix it. Maybe, change thewebsite to match the dishes available? He responded ?I?m only a franchisee, I?m not in charge of that web IT stuff?. Sooo, notsuper impressed with the customer service, and after having ordered, left sitting here staring at food I didn?t order and can?treally eat. Read more

The Asian Fusion bowl with carrot kefted balls. The bowl was tasty but found the balls so so. Would have preferred falafel... instead but wasn?t an option. I loved the shape of the actual bowl! Read more

I am so grateful Copper Branch has a vegan keto bowl! I have a hard time finding low carb vegan options with type 1 diabetes.... Ordering low carb vegan meals at Copper Branch is so much easier than other restaurants. Also, Sierra is a genuinely warm andfriendly person! Such a pleasure to enjoy a meal from here. Read more

This place was SO delicious and filling. I had the TBLT which had tempeh bacon, lettuce tomato, all on a delicious protein... packed gluten free bagel. The smoothies are also wonderful and I?ll be dreaming of it until I have it again - particularly theEdison.. wow! If you love vegan food, you have to try out this spot! Read more

Very positive experience and (thus far) during my visit to London, this has been the best vegan place to eat. Both in terms of... quality of food, variety of vegan options (I believe it's all vegan if I'm not wrong), and service. Both ladies working wereengaging, friendly, and welcoming. They even sell frozen Very Good Butcher vegan meats in a freezer for those wishing to try &take some home. Solid place, will certainly see a repeat visit or two from me. Read more

Top notch vegan food! This was the best or close to the best vegan food I have ever had from a restaurant. We had the tacos,... Aztec bowl and poutine, all of which were excellent tasting and generous serving size. The in store atmosphere was not thegreatest but I blame COVID for that. It was my first time ever trying Copper Branch. I got the Aztec bowl w/ brown rice and smoked tofu delivered and it was... delicious. I love the variety of things packed into one bowl. I'd definitely recommend and will be trying their other items! Read more
