This review is not about the food, it's about a bad customer service experience I got on 25th Nov, 2022. I called the restaurant... to enquire about the availability of a dish. After I called, the call was disconnected from my side by mistake before I couldsay hello. When I was about to call again, a lady called me back from the same number and told me she will report my number tothe police as the call was disconnected before I could say anything to her. She was rude and spoke to me as I were a scammer. Itold her the call was disconnected by mistake and I was about to call again and thats when she called me. But she just said dontcall again and hung up on me. This is actually a bad behaviour to a customer. Atleast she could confirm the purpose of my callbefore saying all these things. If it was anyone else, they could have directly gone to the police because her tone wasthreatening. Hope you guys teach your employees how to behave to a customer. Read more
Food was not good for the price, Chicken was precooked and repeatedly reheated in our dishes of both butter chicken and madras... chicken curry, not fresh which ruined both dishes. Aloo Saag was also reheated repeatedly, not fresh at all, potatoes (addedafter into a sauce which was old) were not cooked enough with skins on and no turmeric at all in this dish which is highlydisappointing. Tasted mostly of mint, couldn't tell it was supposed to be spinach. Vegetables Vindaloo was fresh, cauliflowerwas a little under cooked, alas it was the best dish served to us in this meal. Naan was fresh and tasty, we got garlicNaan. Rice was cooked same day but it had a taste of microwave reheating as it was dry mostly filled with burnt cumin seedsclearly microwaved 100%. Table service was mediocre, ladies were friendly. Started us with cool lime waters which wasrefreshing but it went down from there, We never got to order soft drinks and we were getting ready for going out the doorbefore we were offered a top off on our waters which were gone after the 1st few bites of our meals. We ordered medium spicewhich it was alittle too much for a 4oz glass of water given with our starter of cumin pappadums and mint chili sauce. Food tasted okay but the portions were insanely small for the price. Over 25$ and could barely feed one person (only bread,... potato, spices, and few piece of chicken for that much cost???). No option to add more sides to a meal. Had a few of us get verysickly the next day too...arrived cold. Read more
Worst butter chicken I have ever had. Even the mall food court is better. Does not taste like normal butter chicken. The mixed... vegetable curry dish was heavy with salt. We only had a few bites and could not finish. However, the naan bread was good. Read more
Very friendly and efficient staff help make informed choices from an impressive menu. The food is excellent and portion sizes... are generous. There is a wide selection of beer and wine along with interesting original cocktails. I can't wait to go back. Read more
Had the absolute pleasure of visiting Curry’s for the first time tonight. Our server was absolutely amazing and took time to... explain the menu, ensure we understood all of our options, and provided amazing recommendations. All of the food and drinks weredelicious, but the samosa and butter chicken really made the meal. Looking forward to returning and trying other options on theextensive menu! Read more
Amazing customer service! Food tastes very good. We found it to be a little on the costly side. $47 for 2 meals (butter chicken... and fish curry). We wish the serving sizes were bigger for the price. Read more
I usually take some time and rate restaurants where I have had a good time. But this was a dissaster. Let me start with the... GOOD. Lady serving our table was pleasant. Roti and the Chetaah beer were good ( the only good things). Now the actual reasonof this review. We ordered mix veg pakora ( raja mix)for appetizers. Oily, over fried and tasteless, could get the burnt tastewhich was over powering. Mint chutney was just green color watery thing with no taste. Main course - we ordered, daal tarka,chicken bhona and veg makkhanwala. I don't even know where to start. The veg makkhanwala was bland and no where close to indiantaste. The daal tarka was the highlight, tarka daal is authentically made with jeera ( cumin ) tarka ( tempering), that's whatadds the flavor, however here the daal had Rai ( mustard seed) tarka. Over all a major disappointment, especially when you knowhow indian food tastes and are away from home and would like to have food that tastes like home. It was an anniversary dinnerwith my wife, but ended up being a disaster. I believe in supporting local businesses, hence my advice would be to up yourgame. Moral of the story, Never stepping into this restaurant ever again. Read more
