The people who work here need to be retrained. The guy who answered the phone said our address wasn't in their delivery area... even though we have ordered there numerous times before. We had to order online because he refused to listen and it was later atnight so we couldn't order from anywhere else. And of course the York St location delivered to our area after we ordered onlinebecause we are located less than five minutes away. Unbelievable the stupidity and rudeness of that employee who answered thephone who clearly just didn't want to work anymore that night. Read more
Great pizza, quick, friendly. I would go 5 stars but I myself don't get my chicken here so can't judge it. But Domino's pizza is... way better than that guy wearing the toga. Read more
Ordered a large pie on Sunday evening .Thats twice now that i have ordered from this store abd been disappointed. Not sure if... its just this one or all Dominos.these days , but i will not order from Domino's any more . Two meat and two vegetable toppings.The meat was scarce. Jujhar took my order. As soon as I came in I felt rushed he was also telling a customer on the phone that his order was almost... there but I saw him leave 15 mins after the fact. I had ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and didn?t know all the toppings nor was Itold I thought it was a normal chicken pizza but it had bacon on there when I asked they said that it was normal I?m not allowedto eat bacon and I do get hives when I eat them he was on the phone and taking my order at the same time and maybe wasn?t payingattention and didn?t really take time to take my order he is the manager I don?t know how. He also didn?t give me the rightreceipt that showed what I had paid and what would be my changed ( I paid cash) he also said that?s just how his systemprocesses the payments ??? Order chicken came with thin black film on top and noodles were chewy. Call told them was put on hold girl came back said... manager said it was cook to the correct time and was how it was supposed to be. So I was like no it was black and shouldn't havebeen sent out. She told me that maybe I wasn't aware that it's suppose to be bit brown I said I know but not black. She offereda credit for next time which would have been fine if I wasn't staying at a hotel which She knew and room service was closed. Sheagreed to send a new one after I agreed that if she took it out early it might be under cook if she cook it to the time supposedto it might be the same and itmight not match what I think it should look like. I informed her I had it before and know what itshould look and taste like. She then was oh you have OK well it be 25 mins sorry. 2nd arrived had to check it before deliveryguy left. Review based on delivery. I work near this place and for some reason it takes them about 55 mins to cook a pizza and deliver it.... I can order chinese food from a place half the city away and they get it to me quicker. Read more
I've ordered from this location regularly since the Dundas location closest to me closed. Never had a mistakes or mix up in... orders and only twice has it taken over an hour and arrived cold, in which the delivery guys in both instances apologizedprofusely. My only criticism is that the pizza can be inconsistent, sometimes being perfect, other times it's a little doughyand under cooked. Read more
Not open till 1am because they wouldn?t let me in at 12:20 not only that but they ignored me knocking at the door and left the... open sign on. Terrible customer service the managers are to blame for not properly training their employees on this situation.Not mad at the staff because they didn?t know how to handle something like this obviously.
