This is the last time I give this place a chance. We thought we’d try again since our last visit was probably 5 years ago. ... For the price I thought I’d get something better than what I got. The service was awful. I know they are very busy, butfriendliness is good enough for me. Didn’t even get that. My pasta looked like it had been sitting around for a while as theedges were dry. Horrible experience today. It started with incorrect drinks, which at first did not bother us as mistakes do happen however it... never got any better. Once our food came out, one of the dishes contained chicken which had a horrible gummy taste. We waitedforever for our server to come back and eventually had to ask the host to help us. After that experience with the chicken weopted for something without meat. You would think since one person already had their meal that when correcting the disappointingdish the restaurant would have some sense of urgency. NOPE! We did get salad in the meantime but that came out incorrect aswell. By the time the corrected/new dish came out the other meal was cold, not to mention that when the new dish came out therewas a whole stem sitting on top of that dish( looked like it had fell on the plate and no one noticed) Once again we waitedforever for bread, and for our bill. The bill was initially price adjusted on the dish that was already more expensive( the onewe sent back) instead of the one we actually ended up taking home because of how long it took. We had to point out yet anothererror for it to be corrected. Very disappointing experience. Read more
The experience here wasn’t very good almost right from the beginning. When we sat down our table was sticky, like it hadn’t... been cleaned since the previous people ate at it. Then when bread was served it was extremely hard and burnt in places. Now, Iknow that the bread is supposed to be slightly hard and the crust should be quite crispy, but this was extreme. I’m not sureif it was just us, if they changed the bread they use, or if it was just a bad batch, but nobody seemed to acknowledge thequality of it. Next, Italian wedding soup was ordered as the side that comes with an entree and the broth was essentially justwater. It was bland and unappetizing. Also, while the portion sizes at East Side Mario’s have slowly been shrinking, theirprices continue to rise. This makes it very hard to continue going back to a restaurant that, in the past, has been enjoyable.Lastly, our server was not very present at all. When greeting and talking to us there was nothing that made me think they wantedto be there at all. When the food was served, the plates were being passed to me from the server instead of the person whoordered them. I found this odd and a little off putting as well. When we were clearly finished with certain dishes and westacked them nicely at the end of our table, closest to where the server would be, they still didn’t come over to collect themand someone else had to do it for them. This location has been in south west London for a number of years and recently had an upgrade in the seating area. The food... is always good and the staff were pleasant and knowledgeable. I am a fan of East Side Mario’s and think this location is oneof their best! Read more
The worst spaghetti and meat balls I have ever had. There is no reason this should have even left the kitchen and that's a... signature dish lol. This is a diss to an Italian culture no taste and to look like that omg I could have done better my selfshould even get one star!! Read more
This place doesn't even deserve a one star review but its the only way i can express the horrible customer service i... encountered, food came late even after it said it was delivered there was nothing outside. Half hr later the driver shows upwith my cold meal and uncooked chicken that was pink and all they were able to do was apologize and give me $10 towards my nextmeal. I'm truly disappointed. Read more

The layout of the restaurant was much more appealing when they had the props up now it's just flat open space. We were 4... separate dinners that included all you can eat but they practically refused to bring every one separate salads and soups. Wewere only given 3 breads for the whole meal which we constantly had to ask for. Raised prices and smaller servings is why it'snot really a good family-go-to anymore. Read more
