This was the worst food I have ever had. We ordered the spaghetti with meatballs..and it taste like it came from a pot afew days... old. It was very bad. And the Ceasars salad was all rusty. I have added a Pic of that. This meal would hurt the Italian people.To know this is what you sent out the door for pick up. Almost $45 dollars and we didn't even eat it. We are over 50 yes youngand this was our first time having their food..I tell you something....it would take another 50 before I tried that again. Shameon you Eastside...SHAME Read more
I want to 1st and foremost say thanks to "Jill" our server. She worked very hard! I don't know if I can say it but she worked... her a$$ off! Not just at our table but others as well. Jill was an amazing waitress. She made sure our service was extremely quick and she remembered us from the first time we came to... that east side Mario’s location. I appreciate her quick service and her super sweet demeanour. I truly hope she will be ourwaitress each time we go to eat at the restaurant. Read more

The waitress was on top of her game, drinks were refilled at the perfect times without even having to ask and she was very... friendly and helpful! The food was delicious and the atmosphere is very lovely for an evening dinner. If I lived in the area Iwould def be a repeat customer :) Read more
Not only was there an army of fruit flies around us during our meal. We had to wait thirty minutes for our meal to arrive after... waiting twenty to get seated, we were not asked to top up our drinks, no waters, the server came to our table maybe twice. Thesecond time we’d just started eating and were already getting asked if we wanted to pack up our food? One of the kitchen staffdid the parm and was extremely passive aggressive about it, didn’t listen to my family member saying stop… overall theycould have done way better. Not much of a variety except pasta and being a vegetarian, it gets limited further. Ordered Penne pasta in Arrabiata sauce,... Mozarella sticks and Amalfi fizz cocktail. We were unaware that they have desserts as well since it wasn’t anywhere on themenu. Read more
Terrible experience. Food was gross and manager was greasy and unhelpful. My friend and I arrived 10 minutes before the lunch... was over and asked the host if we could still have the lunch deal which he said we could. Took our waitress a while to come overand she said the host was new and we could not get the deal. Should’ve left at this point! We stayed and ordered entrees toget the all you can eat salad. Kept pulling out brown pieces of lettuce from my salad. Waited over 30 minutes for a pizza thatwas undercooked and had hardly any sauce on it, and some watered down pasta sauce with under seasoned chicken. Sent our foodback and were charged $16.99 each for two all-you-can-eat salads. We spoke to the manager and told him we were disappointed withour visit and would never eat here again and he just walked away. Will never recommend or eat at any East Side Mario’s again. Read more
