Extremely disappointing and poor customer service from the manager. I ordered a huge burrito for take out, which was about $17,... and when I got home and opened it up it was a small. A small burrito is significantly smaller and cheaper than the huge so Icalled back right away and told the people working there that they got my order wrong. The women who made my burrito checked myorder and admitted she made a mistake and that the next time I come in I will be able to order a huge burrito at no charge. Iwent in today, which is the next day, and I was told to wait to speak to the manager, who proceed to tell me I was a liar. I wastold he checked the camera and that I was given what I ordered (which is not correct) and he tried calling me back the samenight to let me know. This is in fact a lie as I showed proof on my phone that I did not get a phone call from him. Rather thanreimburse me for what I paid or honour their word of giving me a free huge burrito, I was called a liar and refused propercustomer service. Read more
