Absolutely abysmal location, was in with over 30 minutes before closed and they could make next to nothing because they had... started closing down already. Staff was not apologetic or polite about it either. Judging by the rest of the reviews, this isnot a one-off situation. Save your money and time and go to a different location or business. If I knew who to contact I wouldn?t leave a bad review. always enjoy the food. The girl making my lunch today was a young Asia... girl with a side pony her hair was swinging back and forth over top of the food also she did not remove her gloves when goingfrom the cash register to food. 1. They have daily deals of $7.99, server said trainer didn?t teach her how to do it in the system so i have to pay regular... price. 2. I?ve been to freshii all over the area & in GTA, I always had the option to replace a topping with another for nocharge. Couldn?t do it here and server tried to charge extra (bowl came to 14.99 in the end before tax instead of the 7.99 deal)All the server said was she wasn?t trained how to do it but every other freshii employee somehow knows there?s a replacebutton 3. I have been to this location a few times recently. Happy with staff, but they have some logistical problems. When it gets near... closing time (30 minutes or so) many items are no longer available... Smoothies, Qinua, etc... There are no posted hours ofoperation... today (Friday) had a hand written note "closed at 5:00pm". I hope they sort these issues out, but judging fromother reviews its systemic. Read more

Probably the worst $14 meal I?ve ever had. I got the buddha?s satay with chicken. The chicken looks like tuna or cat food... despite there being a picture of a whole chicken breast on the menu. I was pretty disappointed at the portion size as well but Iguess $14 isn?t $14 any more. I was still hungry after eating this. I admire the fact that Freshii at least markets themselvesas healthy, which is hard for ?fast food? restaurants to actually practice, but I?m sure the sauce had vegetable oil and thatthis ?chicken? isn?t particularly good. If this is ?healthy? then I guess Qdoba next door is healthy and actually provides somebang for your buck. Read more
I love the food at Freshii but this location always seems to forget something. Ordered 3 times this week and once they forgot... the extra sauce I got charged for. 2 times I didnt get a lime when the third time I did. Also the portions are super differentdepending on who?s made it. I know they are little things but when a store is this inconsistent and forgets things that havebeen charged or are part of a menu, it should been mentioned and improved on. Terrible customer service. I arrived with friends for a healthy meal two hours before closing at the fairway location to find... the restaurant was very hot and reeked of bleach. I asked if we could open a door for air or sit on the patio and was told no. We left and went across the complex to Pita Pit for a much better experience. I will not be returning to freshii again. Iwould however recommend Pita Pit. Great service and lots of very tasty healthy options. Read more
