Terrible customer service. Our order took 1.5 hrs to get delivered to us and was super late and food arrived cold. Called for... compensation and to explain the situation. Lady was rude, and said there was nothing that could be done. Argued that it wasactually on time by the word of her driver, even though I had an email confirmation and credit transaction as proof of when theorder was place and when it was paid for. They blamed the driver and disassociated them saying the driver isn't part of theircompany. Since it was the driver's fault it's not their responsibility. I asked for the manager's/owner's contact info and wastold they don't have a contact method to reach them, even though they told me they just spoke to the manager and he was the onethat said nothing could be done. If I could give 0 stars I would. I recommended ordering from somewhere else. Read more
We tried these pizzas at a friends house a few days ago, we loved it. In fact our kids loved it. Last night I went to get a... pizza for my kids. I don't know what happened, the experience was down 60%. I chose to pay for extra cheese that I didn't see onthe pizza, pepperoni very little. Disappointed ???? Read more
Pizza was so good but I ordered garlic bread and it was not there I called the place and they tried to say that they weren?t... going to come back but I pressed them politely. I waited an hour for the bread to arrive because I paid for it, when I got itit was basically a baguette cut in half with a little bit of butter slightly toasted and cold. After 4 years of trying pizzas in my area Gino's is by far the best. I have ordered twice now. The pizza is loaded with toppings... and taste very fresh. You can build your own and even order it well done. When ordering double cheese you certainly get doublecheese. The pizza came hot. And delivery person polite. The wings are great also and a good price. I will be ordering again aswe finally found a decent pizza here! Read more
I asked specifically for a clean cutter to be used for a chicken pizza, The person on the phone with his accent definitely knew... what do I mean, I asked it to be at least a cutter used for veggie pizzas at least, I go home and find a half slice ofpepperoni left from a cuter in between slices. This is disrespectful, I have worked at pizza store people from the background,This is entirely disrespectful and ugly. I insisted and said it three time ?please use either veggie or clean cutter?. Feb. 19, 2022 @ 10:48pm Ordered 3 medium pizzas with 3 toppings on each, 3 Garlic Dipping Sauce, and 2L Ginger Ale. Requested... to be THIN CRUST and Lightly Done. The call center said will be ready in 20 mins for pickup. Arrived 15 minutes at location and waited for pizzas. Left with pizza at 11:23pm.. So it took 35 minutes for lightly done? Pizza was over cooked and when Ishowed the person in store.. they said each store has different policy. Not impressed. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATIONS if youwant "lightly done"... EPIC FAIL! Great Pizza, had their 3 topping large pizza special with Chicken and Pepperoni. The price was good and also included a dipping... sauce. The staff were nice and the wait time wasn't bad. Was delighted to see they have multiple halal meat options fortoppings. Read more
Garbage customer service. Pizza was late and cold upon arrival. Called for compensation and was told there was nothing they... could do. They said it was the drivers fault and argued that the order was on time and not late. All here say from the drivereven though I have an email confirmation and receipt of the transaction.
