Definitely best Indian food in town. We ordered Kadhai paneer, cheese chilli naan, garlic roti, veg biryani and everything was... amazing. Prices were resasonable as well. We have recently moved from GTA and I honestly liked the food here better then most ofthe restuarants over there. You can tell we loved the food from the pictures. Had dinner for the first time here. Truly a hidden gem. Everything was cooked to perfection. We ordered chicken vindaloo, butter... naan, lamb biryani, mango lassi and mulligatawny soup. My first time here certainly will not be my last. The food was excellent and prices were fair. We dined in on a Friday and was... surprised to see how quite it was (though there were regular take out order coming by). The restaurant is huge. It was clean andhad a good atmosphere. My only complaint is that the sauce provided with the appetizers seemed to basically be slightly seasonedketchup. I?d love to see a more authentic sauce come with the appetizers that were delicious. The place was very clean and the server was very polite. We ordered tomato soup, curry shrimp, naan, paratha and masala chai. We... loved the tomato shorba (soup) and tawa shrimp masala. They were rich and creamy! But the portion of the shrimp was a bit small.Naan and paratha were good. The masala tea had some flavour but I believe that they made it much less spicy/authentic to meetthe local tastes. That?s a bit disappointing. One minor problem is that there were 1 or 2 little light yellow stains on the cupand plate of the masala tea. We were the only guests in the restaurant but it took more than 30 mins to serve the food. It wasa bit longer than we expected so spare enough time before your visit. Read more
