I was very excited to try this place but unfortunately left me with sour taste. Got veg thali out of 3 curries one was gone bad,... paneer dish was too sweet with lots of artificial red colour and Chana masala was okay. The host were friendly but really hopedthe food was good especially after paying little bit more than other places. I rather goto a place have only few menu items butall freshly made and tastier. Below average taste compared to the price. Quantity is very less. They don’t even give water as complimentary when u dine in.... Would not recommend anyone to go there. Better to go punjaabi indian cuisine to try authentic punjabi food. Read more

The customer service is average, the staff is not friendly and does not care to answer any questions, the portion size is... small. It was expensive as well. No consistency for taste for sure. Read more

Most of the food was good, portion sizes really small. Prices are expensive!!! Staff aren’t very friendly. Small location, its... a 3 star place at most. Don’t think it deserves any more than that. Personally, I probably wouldn’t come back here… Read more

We ordered one Pau Bhaji and one Chicken Biryani, Pau Bhaji was good but Chicken Biryani was really, really bad as chicken was... not fresh and Biryani doesn't have any salt in it. We asked the cashier to make it medium spicy but they didn't, when wecomplaint about this she ignored us and after 15 mins of wait when I again approached her she offered extra salt toppingLOL????????. She didn't even care about customer experience and neglected us at upfront. Bad bad experience here. I personallyorder alot from other restaurants but won't suggest for this one. Read more

A hidden gem in downtown London. Gupshup, also known as Bombay Bistro. I don’t know why they put these two names as different... restaurant on delivery app such as skip, Uber eats & DoorDash, but it’s just one restaurant. Spice was right, seasoning wasright, naan was delicious except that it needs to cook a bit more, some sides are white, makes you wonder if it was bakedthoroughly. Other than that Veg Thali I ordered was superb. During my previous visit, one employee said the price for veg thaliwas 10.99, and it also printed on the menu, but upon ordering, they are charging you 11.99 and the employee was coming up withall kinds of reasons, anything to make you pay $1 extra. It was hilarious. Upon seeing the food, you kind of forget all thetension and dig in. The washroom setting with a big mirror just outside the doors is a striking resemblance one another Indianrestaurant washroom I remember seeing in downtown Windsor. Are the owners same with different business name? Or did they get thesame contractor for the washroom design? That’s beside the point but I kind of wondered. Read more

Although Gup shup is one of our favourite eating place and me and my friends have enjoyed delicious cuisines there but I am... writing this review with very disappointment. We especially mentioned the vege. to be less spicy but the chilli paneer was sospicy and bad in taste. Complimentary salad was missing. Receiving burnt naans is not new. It is the third order in row with allthe burnt naans. I am not behind refund or free food but I am really wishing to get improved service next time. Read more
