Typical Harvey's. Kept very clean. Food is good quantity and quality for the price. My veggie burger took a while to prepare... though. Fountain drinks are not watered down. Staff could be a little more friendly, a smile would help increase theatmosphere score. Read more

Went there for a bacon double cheeseburger. Got home only to realize they gave me a cheeseburger with NOTHING ELSE on it, no... toppings at all. Drove back to the Wellington St. Harvey's, went in and told them that the order was not right and she kindlysaid she would fix the issue. Fine. She gave me the burger... THE SAME THING!! I told her that it's still only acheeseburger. I went in and said I asked for a BACON DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER. Rudely she said "urgh, fine..". No apology,NOTHING. Once the burger was made, she just scoffed and tossed the burger angrily on the counter. The guy behind me seen thewhole situation and he uttered, NOPE, and left. The young girl working there doesn't seem fit to be a Walmart greeter. Unprofessional, rude, and simple. THREE times to get it right then gets mad at me. Ridiculous. Read more
Whenever I come here to pick up order every time the order is not ready and they say the same line every time that come again... after 10-15 minutes we have not started the order blah blah.. So, today I went late because I knew that they will take time butafter going late also they said the same thing so I told her that I already came late so she gave a rude reply that its not myproblem you have to come again so I asked her that can you talk politely then she used really bad words. It's been a while since I've visited the most Canadian of fast food joints. Lots of find memories of years past. Tried their BBQ... Angus Onion Ring Burger. It did not disappoint. The only disappointment is that Harvey's continues to choose that most unholy ofbeverages, Pepsi. They really need to drop Pepsi and bring in Coke Freestyle machines. Read more
The cracks are showing. I used to love Harvey?s but my last experience was hampered by the egregious cost cost cutting by the... company. They shrank the salad dressing portion down to a single jam packet (one you expect to find with your breakfast) anddon?t even put a full square slice of cheese on your burger. It?s a totally different shape and covers ~50% of the burgerssurface area. It?s a laughably ridiculous place to cut costs when it?s already a premium item. Yikes. I?ll be moving on to amore competitive brand at this price range. Read more
I work nearby, and pretty much always get the same thing for lunch from them from the mobile app ahead of time. They're always... polite to myself as well as everyone else I've seen so far, and not once has my food ever been late. It's always a hot burger,cool condiments, and not swimming in sauce despite me asking for 4 different kinds -- "light on the sauce" obviously, but still.They pull it off amazingly. My buffalo chicken burgers are a little bit of happiness in my busy, busy day. They're basicallythe best staff you could ask for. Oh, also, the bathrooms aren't locked -- well, the main ones are, but just use the handicapaccessible ones? I assume it's because it's the easier one to sanitize. I ordered through drive thru today, the lady on the speaker would not listen to the entire order and was also very rude st the... window. When we received our order and opened it we realized, the burger had nothing in it , no veggies no sauces. Highlydisappointed with the service. Read more
