The food is always great and the fries were nice a crispy and were definitely freshly made.

Actually they don?t deserve 1 star but don?t have any option. The worst service I have ever get in my entire life, the night... staff don?t know how to treat costumer, don?t know how to take order. I have ordered 2 meals with large poutines and a drinkwith light ice and the extra toppings in the wrap and also 2 juniors crispy with a regular poutine. First the poutines were madewrong, the fries were not fresh. Second the wrap and juniors we?re having wrong toppings and were also cold. And when I wentback to the restaurant to get the correct order the said that you have paid for regular poutines and everything was made freshand they took 1 regular poutine and made a large one. I don?t what the policy this restaurant follows but your not suppose totake any food back from the customer because of the COVID i not safe for any other person.
