Very quaint place. Reminds me of a small town diner. Staff is friendly. Place is very clean. The food was great and portions... reasonable. The only cons is there was a loud, low humming noise (maybe a generator?) and I had a hair in my food which Iaddressed with the server. Read more
Katie?s Kitchen, is just what the name sais. A place to visit and have great food, in a comfortable surrounding that feels like... sitting around the kitchen table at home. Service is great, prices are good and the coffee served in big mugs. There is also abeautiful flower covered patio. All around a lovely place. Thank you for a great breakfast experience. Read more
I was browsing on Google for best breakfast in London and came across Katie?s kitchen. We decided to give it a try as it had... great reviews. Here I am posting another very positive experience. I ordered Eggs Benedict with spinach and asparagus and ittasted amazingly delicious. I have also tried the French toast which I highly recommend. Came in and waited for 10 mins, no greeting, nothing. We stood around waiting to be seated since the sign at the entrance... clearly states ?please wait to be seated? so we did. Three employees looked at us during this time and continue to serve otherclients at the tables, rang up their bill, etc. There was no acknowledgement of our presence at all, this place has no sense ofhospitality whatsoever. This was hands down the best breakfast I have had in a long time. The place was packed yet the turnover was good and we were sat... right away. Although it was extremely busy the staff seemed very calm cool and collected. We ordered the Katie?s skillet and thebreakfast poutine and it was incredible, seriously was so good. The offer mugs were already on the table and were actually thesize of a regular coffee. We were served right away, by multiple servers. You could tell they have a team atmosphere.
