Dont eat here.. omg been there twice now and issues each time. First time 25 mins waiting in line and there was only 2 ppl in... front of us. Both times asked to use a coupon and showed them the coupon that expires oct 30 2022.. they said they dont exceptit because head office has raised the prices .... should honor the coupon still until the expiry date... so since they werecharging $13.49 instead of the coupon price of $10.49 went elsewhere to eat. If ever in the area again will not even wastetime stopping in there. Seen staff doing other things while ppl waited in line. Horrible service. Glad I don't live nearthere, as I would honestly drive to another kfc location for food if I did. Read more
This Taco Bell location often has slow service and a line up for their drive through. I have also found on multiple occasions... that they don't follow customer requests - e.g. request to add tomatoes and they charge you for it on the receipt but do notactually add tomatoes. My most recent visit was a huge disappointment as my fries supreme was missing the tomatoes and chives,but they still charge you full price. They were completely out of tomatoes and regular hard shells. I would recommend other TacoBell locations preferentially. Read more
Was here for lunch today, it wasn?t great. We each ordered boxed meals and the tenders were old and salty and the coleslaw was... disgusting and mushy. The drink area was really dirty. The staff were obnoxiously loud, it was really annoying when were eatingand all you could hear was the staff goofing off. I?m all for having fun at work, but it was a little much! Read more
This is the worst KFC in all of Canada and is rated the worst! Why Management is not doing anything to make it better is beyond... me due to the hundreds of bad reviews. Undercover boss comes to mind, they need to know what is going on in this location. If Icould give it zero stars I would. The wait times are out of control, and no one seems to care or take pride in their work as thequality of food is lacking, the dining room is a disgrace. I have given this location several chances and they alwaysdisappoint. Aaaaand if you call, no one answers the phone, they no doubt are tired of the complaints and just ignore it. I?ve been to this KFC/Taco Bell many times over the years and the experience hasn?t changed. It's has been very poorly managed... since the day it opened. The drivethru is very slow (on average, 45 minutes), something from my order is missing that was on thebill, and 90% of the time, the food is cold. Second time I have used KFCs online order feature. Second time when I got there for pick up the lobby was closed and I was... forced to use the dual KFC/Taco Bell drive thru to pick up my order. I put in a pick up time for 6pm, I got to the door at 5:58,then having to use the drive thru I got my online order at 6:30 due to the line in drive thru. Exactly 30 minutes waiting intheir drive thru for an order I prepaid and set a pick up time for. Which for 30 minutes was sitting in a warming delivery bagbecause that is where they got it from. I could not opt to not wait as I had already paid for it as that is mandatory for KFConline. I don't blame the staff they are short staffed like everyplace is. But KFC corp and management at this location pleasedo something like not allowing online pick up if you just have to wait in the drive thru anyways. I didn't mention that I hadgotten a Blizzard right before....so yeah....30 minutes in a drive thru line turned that into a warm shake with smartie bits init. On your website and stickers on the windows you have a marketing catch phrase of something like "Skip the Line: Orderonline". I tried! Read more
It is honestly very bad. the wait time is terrible the last time I was there my father was waiting for our order and I decided... to go to the game stop near by to buy something, so I walked all the way there and back and my father was still waiting for theorder. the floors are very sticky and felt like there was spilt pop everywhere I walked. after eating our order we started tofeel very sick, it was just a 6 piece bucket of chicken and some macaroni salad. overall it is a bad place to eat, if you arelooking for a kfc go to any other in London besides this, I bet you it'll be quicker then this one and wont make you sickeither. Nov 25 - Nov 28 they had Buy one get one offer. Today I ordered 6 piece bucket chicken, I should have got 12 piece but got only... 11. Also chicken are not cooked properly it was hard to eat. I ordered ranch but got plum purine sause as a side. Really lost 50dollars in my anniversary. Never going to order anymore in KFC. Read more
