I ordered a 10 piece last night, delivery. It smelled and tasted sooo bad! I'm so upset. I don't have much money. It was suppose... to be a little treat and I can't even eat it. I called them today and they basically said too bad they can't do anything. I evensaid i would bring it back so they can smell it. What a waste of money!Would definitely not recommend this location! Worst KFC in all of London. The staff is soo rude, you cannot even enjoy your overpriced meal after that. They charged us for... certain add-ons which they forgot to actually add on. On bringing this to their notice, they started fighting with me and myfriend calling us names and started swearing for no good reason. Even the cook came from the back to join their cussingparty. They really need to talk to a professional about the things they have going on amongst themselves, so that they do notbring their personal struggles in the workplace. If I could give zero stars, I would. Avoid this KFC at all costs. I waited awhile for a boneless box that wasn't even cooked... fresh when I got it. I ate it for lunch and it was the only thing I ate that day, and by the time I got home, I was very ill. Igot the worst food poisoning I've had in awhile from the popcorn chicken and strips here. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. My order was 2 hrs from time of call. Ice cold. Awful food,... clearly not fresh cooked regardless of time. Worst human experience I ever had. Tiny brown girl with name Ann is very rude and show sarcasm in whatever she says just to... make you look down. Chicken wasn?t fresh and when I went to show her she simply had a look and told me that she can?t doanything about it. When I ask the reason she just told that she is busy right bow and went back ignoring me in the middle Of theconversation.
