Very awful, ordered a 12 piece meal with coupon for 27.99 and a popcorn chicken. Order was 38.53 I never liked the dipping... sauces that they offered, I asked for a small thing of mayo and they wanted to CHARGE me extra for it, I was merely substitutingsomething that comes with popcorn chicken, very poor customer satisfaction. I cancelled my order got refund and came home hungryafter 10 hours on the road. I'm giving this location 4 stars cuz you can't do 3.5, due to being late (delivered) I ordered at 5:35pm was estimated to be... delivered at 6:35. 15 mins later I called and she explained they were very busy and apologized and it was just package andwould be here in about 15, 20 mins, since waiting more then an hour, I expected our food to be cold or gross however that wasnot this case for most of it was hot,delicious and filling nothing was missed. Not greasy (had some hardness to my chickenburger though). But still good inside juicy. The driver even called to let me know he was outside instead of just knocking andhope we heard it. The worst ever. Only reason they got 1 star, I couldn't post without something. Over 3 hours now waiting for delivery, since... 5pm. Been waiting since 7.09 for the manager to call, 8.25 now, still no call. Called the store, been busy, still is busy. Called the toll free number 3 times now, they can't get through. It was after 9, still no food, no calls, so I cancelled myorder. Now I have to wait until that non responsive store to issue my credit. They sure take it fast enough, and days to get itback. I wanted to order a bucket and 2 sides. Was told they didn't have potato or macaroni salads. I could only have the slaw. I said... I would go with that and then she leaves to go to the take out window without saying a word. She left me standing there so Ileft without any supper. Totally unacceptable and I won't be back.
