Hot and ready right? Not at this place. Don't ever trust that they will have a hot and ready - ready. They always say it will be... 5 mins then 15 mins later after 3 people after us had come in and got what they wanted right away we got our hot and ready.Place is a joke. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THOS LOCATION TO ANYONE THE OWNER AND MANAGERS SHOULD BE ASHEAMED OF THIS BUSINESS SHUT ITDOWN! Been going to the Bryon location for a few years. Last night we got something a little different. I was shocked at the price. ... After going back and looking online, I see I was over charged. I went back in and asked why? I was told it's cheaper online. Basically too bad. I will NOT step foot in this place again. When I got home our pizza was undercooked, cheese was not melted .Our breadsticks were undercooked as well. Next time I will stick to my Pizza Hut and twice the deal, way better pizza for wayless the money. And the price is the same, online or in person. Read more
Had to wait for fresh food which isn't the worst thing. The young girl working was excellent, however the manager on duty seemed... more interested in the female staff than the cleanliness of the restaurant. There was a large amount of dead bugs in the windowsill and the counters were very greasy. The health inspection certificate was dated November 2019, it leaves me wondering ifanother visit is in order. Read more
What's the point of having a pickup time if my pizza isn't started until I walk in? Edited my review from one star to two stars... because I eventually received an edible pizza. The guy making the pizzas was throwing toppings at them like they cheated onhim. The toppings are supposed to be on the whole pizza, my dude. Not just in the middle. Read more

But, here's what you get in return: they have a... self-serve pizza locker where you swipe a barcode on your phone to collect your order. No more waiting in line to pick up yourtake-out! You need to change your sign when you up your price. I didn't argue - just paid it. I paid when your grumpy employee was at the... till doing the previous customer as a time saver for him, told him I wanted the bill but watched him throw it away. When I washanded my pizza I asked for a bill for accounting reasons. He said he couldn't. I told him he through it away. He repeated hecouldn't so I just pointed to the trash can. He dug through it and handed me a crumpled receipt. Taking my time to to put itaway I note he did not wash his hands before going back to handle the next customer's order!!!
