A person walks in behind me at 3:59pm and asks about their 60 piece feast meal that was preordered a few days ahead for... Thanksgiving. Good Idea I was thinking! The clerk says there is no order. The customer states they called to confirm the daybefore and were told it would be ready at 4pm. The kitchen manager comes out from the back and starts to tell the customer thatorders are first come first serve and that he should have showed up earlier if he wanted such a large order. The client states"I have 30 people at home waiting for dinner", OMG Mary Browns!!!! How dare you blame the customer for YOUR missed order. There is even a sign on the counter stating to call for your catering needs. Despite there being no other customers and manystaff on duty my taters were cold. The message is You can NOT count on Mary Browns to come through for your family meal. Read more
I was so excited when they opened a new Mary Brown's in my area and it has been as good as I remember them as a kid! I order in... once a week for the family and we've all love our Mary Brown's night. They've never failed to make sure we get exactly what weordered and it's always piping hot. They have easily become our go to fried chicken restaurant and if you've never had a BigMary sandwich I highly recommend! Read more

It's a fried chicken franchise. What's not to like? They make good chicken and it's affordable. Only issue with this location is... that the dine-in area is usually messy, and it feels like no one cleans. Every time I go, it has been messy, but the service isfast and the food is good. Read more

Love this place. Tasty fresh and sumptuous food. Buffalo mary is must to try . Big mary is usually as marvelous. Tater poutine... taste ????. I tried poutine at many places in North America but couldn't be better than at mary brown. Dessert banana puddingis good to try. Feasts too must be tried. I wish I had their secret recipie so I could make my very own fried chicken at home. KFC's and Popeyes chicken does not simply... compare. The savoury flavour, juicy tenderness and very little grease is what makes these guys stand out from the competition.Gravy and wedges is a must to order here as well. Place is clean and service is very good. Drive through is great addition atthis location if you do not want to go inside the store. Really good Chicken.. on the rare occasion that they actually have Chicken. Even though the name is literally "Mary Browns... Chicken", they have not had any Chicken left the last 4 times I went after 8pm, even though they close at 10pm??? How is thispossible?? Why are you not making more... you still have 2 hours left to go. Like I said, this is not the first time happening,but it is definitely my last time ever coming back.
