I just left this McDonald's a bit flabbergasted by what I have been told by the lady at the drive thru window. I was waiting to... pick up a Skip the Dishes order. I was told on the speaker the order was ready and pulled ahead to the window. I had to waitabout 15 minutes. The lady in the window came and said "I am sorry we had to shut the kitchen down right now because two of theemployees cooking the food have been sick all day and working in the kitchen and have now tested positive for covid-19." Yes Iwas shocked because she wasn't even wearing a mask. But also I had spent the time waiting for the order and now have to tell mycustomer how sorry I am and why I cannot bring them their food. It would have been nice to know earlier on. I also like to makethe people aware because it is a health and safety risk. Read more
I went at 1200. I expected a wait due to volume. The staff was moving like a well oiled machine. They swung into eachothers... roles as needed to boost output. The wait for my order was timely. My wait for food was acceptable in a high rush time. I wasvery impressed by their ability to handle a jerk customer w grace. I will be back to their restaurant in the future. Read more
If you can't work in a fast paced environment, then don't work here! How can one possibly justify skipping out on THREE key... items that will allow the customers to enjoy their meal? No straws to drink our drinks on our hour-long trip home from town, nofork for my kid to eat her poutine, and no sauce for my other kid's chicken nuggets. Sure, it's not absolutely necessary to eatnuggets with sauce, but the cost of the meal includes the sauce, so I'm not getting what I paid for! Not only that, but yourefuse to provide service to kids who come walking back in the store to ask for the forgotten items! You just completely ignoretheir presence... Now let's talk about your beef burgers.. do you always serve them undercooked? My burger should not be pinkand mushy inside.. this was literally my most unpleasant experience of all the locations I've been to within 3 differentprovinces.. Train your staff better! Only two people ahead of me that placed a very simple order yet I waited over 10 min to place my order. This McDonald's is very... unorganized as a team, with no sense of urgency. If you are in a hurry to get to work don't stop at this location. I ordered 2hot apple pies along with my breakfast and they had forgotten to bake any so that added another 14 min wait while I ate. Notsatisfied with this location on dundas across from argyle mall. Food was hot but patience required. Not loving it. Read more

I'm sick and tired of my orders being wrong. I ordered 3 kids meal. All nuggets with fries. We we're told to pull over for fresh... fries. Waited 5 minutes. That i didn't mind. We get home every box had no freaking nuggets. Like we live not that close. Droveback and the order taker laughs. Manager finally comes and apologized. And admitted it was his error. He remembered our order.Beside me another customer didn't get his order right. I Told them they better train better. Read more
Just came through, and bought 2 vanilla chais and a large fry. the guy at the first window was rude, declined my code, wouldn?t... let me you use a discount because the managers were ?busy?. There was NO one at the McDonalds other then myself and a car or twoin the drive thru, a manager should have been easily found. The girl at the second window was unpleasant, did not give me anystraws and was rude when I asked for them, and even only gave me one straw instead of two. Me and my friend ended up passing thestraw back and forth as the drink was basically a block of ice and could not be sipped on. We ended up saving them till we gothome (where they still were not melted enough to drink) and had to eat them with spoons. Barely any flavour in the chai?s. Thefries were maybe the only good thing, sort of soggy and old but nice and salty. i have nothing else to say, awful restaurant.never get a chai or EVER ask for a straw (or straws; they will give you one). will not be returning any time soon, and i nolonger can order vanilla chai?s at any mcdonalds. thankyou.
