I have been coming to this McDonald's for 25 years, since well before the Sears Outlet disappeared. I have NEVER seen it in as... deplorable condition as today. The restaurant is filthy, there is no Tp in the stalls. The young employees have no respect forheir supervisor. This used to be a family friendly, clean place. What happened? I went here tonight (Sunday, October 30th) and was tired after a pond shift. A super helpful women named Dani helped me with... everything I needed and made the whole interaction that much more better! AMAZING WORKER SHE IS GREAT! Always love a good McDonald's meal, however everytime I've been to this location I am always being asked to pull ahead and wait... for my meal. As I watch many other vehicles pass through the drive-thru well I wait sometimes up to 10 minutes at a time.McDonald's is great however I would visit another location well in London. Read more
Arrived at 3, would have literally ate anything. Was told they were changing over and couldn?t take my order. We were able to... serve customers while doing change overs when I worked for McDonald?s 15 years ago?but you guys can?t figure it out in 2022.Great job! Read more
I ordered two caramel iced coffees with extra caramel . I even said please make sure it?s sweet . When I received the iced... coffees, both of them tasted bitter and didn?t take like caramel at all . I told the girl working that my iced coffees doesn?ttaste right ( I only had a sip ) and she saw it I didn?t drank it . I complained to her about my iced coffees not tasting okay .And she asked the girl over the headset if she made it properly and didn?t even bothered to make me another one or show anyempathy. They got my order horribly wrong. Ordered two chicken junior burgers and they only gave me one. They didn't give me my drink... that comes with the happy meal. They didn't give any of the extra condiments that I asked for with my order. The large friesweren't even filled properly so the amount came to be about the same as a medium fry. This was for take out so everything camein a paper bag. Only realized that all these were missing when I got back home. For sure, I could've checked the bag butcustomers should not have to check the bags to ensure the employees got the order correct. They missed a whole burger in theorder. Sent a complaint on mcD website only for them to offer me a coupon. The employees were dismissive and appeardisorganized. Poor customer service. Otherwise, the fries weren't fresh. The chicken in the junior burger was quite dry,probably sat on the warmer for too long. Very disappointed by the service and quality at this location. Decent parking space. Read more
It was at 1pm on a Tuesday. When I arrived the drive thru cars were out to the road and the line was frozen still. I ordered... inside where it was just one customer and I. After a long wait I received my quarter pounder combo. The fries were fresh. Theyjust made them. I'm guessing a Londoner ordered all the fries for one vehicle or something. 32 orders of fries. Anyways...Irecieved a quarter pounder burger without a base bun and the cheese and meat was baked right into the cardboard. I thought Imight eat it, then I saw what looked like egg yolks on top? I'm not a fan of fast food but sometimes it's necessary. That days it was necessary. I got the chicken sandwich and was... actually impressed because my stomach did not hurt afterwards as it usually does if I eat fast food.
