These momos are lifechanging. I grew up eating boiled and steamed dumplings my entire life, and I can certainly say that momos... are the best dough-wrapped-fillings I have ever had. The dough itself is nice and firm, provides a good chew while still beingsoft. It holds on its own, doesn't fall apart, but doesn't get in the way of experiencing the filling. It's also a great vehiclefor sauce. The filling itself is always amazing, no matter what it is. The meat fillings are seasoned to perfection andwonderfully savory, I could eat just the filling and it would still get a 5 star review. The veggie fillings have tofu, a verycaring touch for vegetarians who want protein. The sauce that's given with the momos is the real showstopper, though the momoscertainly don't need any help. The sauce is the perfectly balanced mix of tangy, garlicy, herbal with a hint of heat (more heat,if you ask for it). It's such a perfect sauce that complements the curry flavour of the momos fillings so well, I could eat thatsauce with anything for the rest of my life and I'd enjoy it. It's just a really damn good sauce, and very thoughtful on Momo'spart to just sell containers of it. I've also tried several curries, the lamb, goat and chicken. It's amazing, what can I say.Chicken was so tender and moist I forgot it was chicken. Lamb was fall off the bone. Goat had that goat chew that you shouldreally expect from goat, I have no idea what other comments are talking about, that's just how goat is, dude. The curry flavouris also a little tangy on top of the curry spice mix, and it is a GENEROUS PORTION. It's enough for an entire 2 days for me (Ido OMAD), and I'd never get sick of it. Another standout on the menu are the drinks, specifically the vegan Nepali tea. Water Buffalo Momos - Amazing. I usually pickup 8 of these at lunch. Other favourites include the Chili and Curry... chicken. Pickup some granola to go on your way out- great for morning parfaits etc. Read more
Amazing food! I've been going to the market location for years and more recently their location on Dundas. They make delicious... smoothies and fresh pressed juices too. I've never received food that was subpar, the food is consistently amazing. Yam theowner is such a nice person, always friendly and welcoming. I love this place!! Read more
I had the chicken momos with goat curry combo for the first time. It was excellent!! The momos i thought were just ordinary pot... stickers but its not. You have to taste it to appreciate it, love it. Curry sauce was out of this world as well. I will becoming back for sure. Highly recommended.!! Read more
