Only person in the store and it took 15 minutes. Even though I had 3 sauces put on my sub, I could taste none of them. 12" sub... wasn't cut and after watching them try to stack my sub like it was Tetris, I ended up with a salad the second I took it out ofthe bag Everytime I go here something always goes wrong. Service is slow and they provide very little meat coverage on the sandwiches. Friendly though
I got the Ultimate Club and that stuff was GOOD! It made for an awesome lunch and everything in my sub looked of great quality... and tasted better than it looked. Pretty good considering its just a small location in the corner of London, expectations wereexceded for sure. Read more
I just visited mr.sub store 1111 and they have a sign up that said ANY 3 Subs for 23.99 . So we tell the sandwich maker we... want that deal and the 3 subs we wanted were ultimate club, spicy breaded chicken, and double stacked meat. They took forever tomake the sandwiches as they were both brand new employees .Then we go to pay and it was $36! I complained and pointed at thesign . The employee said it only applied to classic subs. That doesnt make any sense because there was a turkey and smoked meaton the picture of the advertisement! The wording also says ANY! I would have chosen a different place to eat that didnt havefalse advertising. Overall Aldridge was unwilling to make the situation right and this is why they are receiving such anegative review. Service is always hit or miss. They?ll tell you they are completely out of condiments, when they really just don?t wanna restock... it. But it?s a Mr sub, so the food?s always good. I went down to a two stars as this location refuses to carry pineapple.Ridiculous. Read more
This place offers mushrooms whereas Subway doesn't. And more flavorful sauces like Spicy Thai Chill. Subs are well made and they... got more interesting varieties comparing to Subway.. I tried their limited time brisket beef and buffalo chicken sandwich. Verydelicious. Read more
Hands down the worst sub place in London. Was a multiple time customer. Staff is useless. I have on 30 mins for lunch and when... you have to spend 18 mins for an employee to make one sub. Only person one in store to boot. Employee lacks all form ofmotivation and dones not care at all. How is he still and employee? Read more
