The food is good but some times the customer service is not as good.

I haven?t had Mucho in a few years and decided to order some tacos today since I was in the area. I placed an online order for... takeout and ordered the trio taco deal. The order was made wrong, the meat was very salty and the overall quality was verysubpar. But that?s even not the worst part. I found 2 black hairs in the box! Yuck! Very disappointed. Walked in for eat-in dinner for a casual meal. The inside was neat and clean. Ordered a mucho size (large) burrito and a... burrito bowl. The mucho burrito was with vegan ground and vegan cheese. Almost all the toppings were added to the burrito withbrown rice and ancient grain medley with both the beans. The Cheeze looked very sad (stale?) and was topped very sparingly. Theplant based crumble was cooked fresh and tasted amazing. The toppings when layered on the tortilla and wrapped, the toppings arenot mixed well. This results in one bite we can taste just the medley rice, or the beans or the veggies or just the crumbles.For the taste to be perfect I believe we need to mix the toppings well. The bowl tasted similar as well - very little Cheeze.But as we mixed all the toppings it tasted great. The ancient grain medley also had a grain which tasted totally uncooked. Acrunch we felt as if we were biting a pebble stone! One last the burrito and bowl had no sauces! We asked for which were veganand the server mentioned that the Honey Lime Vinaigrette was finished and they didn?t have it anymore. Even if it was availableif it was with honey, it is no longer vegan. So no vegan sauces. This made our experience unsatisfactory. Read more

Great service, staff was welcoming and friendly. Easy to read menu and items all looked fresh with very clean working areas. I... had a regular size steak burrito and it was a quite good portion size. Prices are reasonable for what you get as well. Fantastic, healthy food and friendly staff. My wife and I have been here a number of times and have never been disappointed.... Portions are huge, the toppings are fresh, and it?s very easy to assemble a dish that is both filling and healthy. Modern andclean eating area, though the washrooms could be a bit better maintained, and possible updated. Hence the 4 ?? review. Apartfrom that small issue, I would enthusiastically recommend this spot for authentic, healthy Mexican cuisine. Read more
