A fun night out with the family. Good service and really good pizza. Kids did laser tag which they loved and we did some... bowling. Lane 15 seems to have some technical issues with the lack of resetting between games and would occasionally jump to thenext player. Had to get help when the pins were placed and then froze. But staff were quick to respond. Overall, a fun night outand very family friendly. Read more
The arcade is smaller than it looks on the website. There are some fun games, like Cruisin' Blast, but several of the games are... just crane games and several more of the games were broken or missing pieces. Could probably use more maintenance. Staff seempretty indifferent. Read more
We just hosted my sons 7th birthday here. It was the first time we had been there and it did not disappoint. Jessa and Andrea... were great hosts. The birthday boy and his friends had a fantastic time! My 4yr old son was also there. Even though he did notwant to participate in the laser tag party they still made him feel very much included. My only regret is not asking if thegirls would be interested in babysitting! We will definitely be back. Read more
A blast from the past - our family moved away from London years ago. My daughter and I returned recently and enjoyed our dinner... and arcade games! The wood oven pizza, garlic bread and caesar salad were excellent! My daughter enjoyed a few arcade gamesbefore heading home. I recommend this place for customers of all ages! Read more
We had a wonderful few hours in the party room. The venue is clean and in good shape. Pool table was great fun. The food was,... for me, surprisingly great for bowling alley food. We had pizza, salads, and what appeared to be homemade chips with dip. Thepizza was good. Surprisingly good. But the afternoon was made perfect by our hostess. Great service from Hailey! We had fun bowling for an hour. It costs about $24 per person and then we enjoyed a large pizza, brownie dessert, and a mini... pitcher. Food was great and Lauren, our server, was efficient and friendly ???????? Read more
Great place for family fun! A little bit loud in bowling area (if you have children with sensory sensitivities, this may not... work for them), and the bathroom sinks were too tall for our kids, but otherwise an amazing experience! The arcade was fun, thefood was good and the party rooms look awesome! Read more
It's like The Rec Room, love that at the Palasad they have both billiards and, bowling. The service is incredible, kind, polite... servers. There are games to play for kids and, adults. Read more
