Pizza is in my top 3 in London. Ordered food through the phone then ordered through the app calling this company cost me 7$ more then using the web. Still... placed order company showed up but never knocked on the door. Tells me I?m in the wrong for not looking at my phone. I have 2toddlers and do not live with my phone in my hand at night and no one could be bothered to knock on my door to let me know myorder has arrived. Called back to ask where my order is was told we no longer deliver to your area. Within 45 minutes their areagot smaller. Customer service is a zero!!! Pizza is decent however the staff doesn?t listen at all! Did not receive my dipping sauces and was my birthday dinner! Had to... eat the pizza cold with absolutely zero compensation for the poor listening skills of the careless employees that rush customerson the phone. I literally had to give the lady my phone number and address 5 times each. Before she came close to getting itright. She only offered sorry and hung up on me. Excellent Papa John's location. My friends order from here whenever I visit London and it beats the heck out of any Papa John's... I've had in the GTA. Great portions and prepared with care - if you like Papa John's this location shouldn't dissapoint! Read more
I usually order from this papa johns and usually receive great service but the past few times I?ve been treated with a lack of... respect. I ordered today and received a lot of attitude from the employee on the phone. I was placed on hold many times, was cutoff when I wasn?t finished ordering and when I had a final question I was hung up on. The time before this I found a hair in ourpizza and when I called to complain no compensation was offered. Felt neglected as a customer. Read more
I just ordered a large cheese pizza and a large chocolate chip cookie. With tip and delivery it came to $36 - which would be... okay IF the cookie wasn't so raw that you literally couldn't even pull up a piece with out it falling apart - like it waspractically dripping out of my hand. Worst location in town. Ordered online, said it would take 15-20 minutes. Showed up 20 mins later and it wasn't even started to... be made yet. He just had a bunch of stickers in the printer waiting to be made. Highly disappointing service, poorly runlocation. Go to the Wharncliffe one if you want it. Read more
