Ordered a Donair pizza with double meat , they sent Me a pizza with NO meat . We called back and they sent another Pizza , THEY... SENT A SECOND PIZZA WITH NO MEAT AT ALL . Our total order was over 70 dollars and after 2 hours of trying to get a pizza theyrefused to remake a pizza to resend and refused to refund my money for the pizza . Clearly they didn't have donair meat even inthe store or the employee didn't know what donair meat was to put on the pizza . My pizza only had red onions , tomatoes cheeseand donair sauce . I've never been so disappointed, first time in 8 years we even ordered pizza pizza and then this happens .I'd never order pizza pizza again in my life after this . Clearly the highbury location is completely incompetent to be runninga pizza business. I'll be contacting corporate over this and my credit card company to try to get refunded for YOUR mistake. I really love this location now. I live 2 mins far from this shop and the quality of their pizza just changed to super amazing.... The breaded wings they serve is my all time favourite, it?s so yummy. Hope your quality remains the same. Large pepperoni withcreamy garlic dipping is my budget pizza here. Customer service is not bad and fresh food. Dine in space available with COVIDrestrictions. Prices are almost same with the all location prices. Parking spots are more than enough in this location. Unfortunately there were no option for zero star that is why I had to give 1. Worst customer service and good experience of my... life. Ordered online for pickup. No notes were followed. Asked for red chilli peppers and italian seasoning there was none onthe pizza. Online confirmation receipt for payment and in store they charged me 4$ extra they had no explanation for that andwas being rude about that. Very Skippy on all toppings hardly you can have one piece in one bite. Pizza was saugy and we had toscrape from the bottom it was stuck with the cardboard and we have asked for extra crispy. Two guy working one of them waslittle patient and other who claimed himself manager was very rude and he had no clarity whatsoever on customer service. When Iasked to talk with the owner he was not giving any information on who runs the franchise. Owner should know about the servicepeople are experiencing at this location. Litterally worst experience of my life. Never going back at this location for pizza. Read more
Unfortunately, there is no way to give zero or less stars! My wife ordered two XL Pizzas today. One with one topping (olives)... and the other was a veggie. While eating at home, I discovered a piece of meat (which turned on later to be a ham) in my slice.So we all stopped eating!! I took this Pizza to this branch, and the supervisor admitted that he prepared the pizza andidentified the piece of the meat to be a ham. He was sorry about this incident and refused any refund!! We trusted them toprepare a Veggie Pizza, but they were unprofessional and careless of peoples' feelings. Not recommended at all... Read more

Very bad service, I asked the person who was taking my order not to use the pizza sauce as the base and to replace it with... garlic sauce , he still used pizza sauce for the base and poured garlic spread on top . Pizza was tasteless. I would neverrecommend this place to anyone. Waste of money and time. Read more
